VTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The course curriculum is based on the university guidelines and the courses teacher are industry relevant. The teaching method is the traditional teaching method the exams are conducted too frequently the teaching method can be improved to include more practical learning

From 6 semester campus placements will start in our college and many companies will come with the companies like cognizant Infosys EY London stock exchange and many more companies will come if I don't get job . I will try to to masters in abroad

According to me, mechanical engineering is a very good easy subject, but in my branch of mechanical engineering, I have seen my seniors getting up to 17 LPA of salary in their work and even me I got 3LPA package at my pre-final year exam examination time.

Basically the computer science and engineering is trending which is more required in the current generation due to Artificial intelligence. It is really good because in real world there are many it and MBC companies. Most of the subjects need to be improved due to teachers teaching methods. The duration for each exam is 3 hours which will be conducted either in the morning or afternoon. Doesn't matter how the subject is difficult or easy every subject has same constant.

Placements are good there are many students who have been selected by college campus Many of students can get placement but they should ful full their condition by getting above 75%in every exam without any backlog

The placements at my college are quiet robust with dedicated placement cell that actively works to bring in reputed companies across various sectors they offer a range of opponent is in the field like technology finance marketing and more depending on the course the placement process diplin all skill development or shop smoke interviews and career counselling to prepare students however if no campus placements are available or students want to explore other options many graduate find intensive jobs and working the skills and connection by the reaching out the companies directly I plan to leverage skills and connections during my course to explorer percentage in field in my field officer

The compression world sum of the major include Infosys contingent and CAP Gemini. This companies offer roles in IT software and electronics engineering domains with the relevant of the electrician communication graduate placement training AIT has a reversed placement training system, where students relative the guide in interviews and skill developing in the specific complex 10 seconds are Trained the student this the placement rate for the engineering students of engineering technology is around 70 to 85% through the Canva by branches, the core branches like electronics and communication and engineering, and mechanical have a relative higher placements compared to the other field

Placements are a disaster in this college since the pandemic. There are a lot of companies that come to the college but go back without hiring anyone. The placement coordinator currently doesn't talk to the companies in a good manner, therefore the companies blacklisting the college. One great student takes 50 offers and then wastes it as there is no one to stop him/her , as there is no placement cell present. The companies that arrive in the college complains about the placement department because of mistreatment.

The course is not only similar but exacty the same as CSE ( I am from AIML). The subjects are quite interesting yet very vague. It is also theoritical aswell. The labs are only about coding but those seem like a typing class since no one really explains what it is that we are typing.

from the 7th semseter you become elegible for the placement. Current as far as i saw all campany name is very new and i didn't saw any company that i already know about. Meaning i think they maybe a very small company or just some small service base company. I think the number of offer they are making are about 2-3 students per opening. The highes package for my senior batch is around 14LPA but i head he left that company, i don't know the real reason why but heard that that company is not good and the in hand is very less from the CTC. The average package is around 3.5 to 4LPA mostly and most of the profile are associate engineer and software engineer. The percentage of student getting place is very less to the amount of student are there in the batch. I don't have specific plan for now after getting degree.
