- I get a ssp scholarship 19600 per year and so many students have got the very well and good package
- Faculty are good and knowlege people, and also teaching is good and ready to help any time, also take care of each student and also they ready to help any time and also give good imformation about industry
- Yes, we got good experience in our college campus life.they held good technical festivals like ethical hacking, many hacking, awareness of voting.
Dislikes
- My college is too boring there are no activities no fest not sports nothing.
- I was actually little disappointed because i didn't get any campus placement
- The hostel food is not good and there is no more items in their menu

- I lkked sports and it was much encouraged and more studies everyday will kill our mental heath so we played cricket

- Exams but anyhow we need to clear our exams so we studied overnight and passsed exam

Teaching methods are good we have big screen sometimes we had to do seminars and prepare soemthing new for student's so that it changes our mind to read mote and know more knowledge and in exams onky student can teach the best way inlast moment

- I love the support from faculties and friendly vibe and college has good auditorium
- they provide lots of skill related courses and support through expert talks and also training from industry experts
- They support you to achieve through the process
Dislikes
- college timings is quite tight and it will be 8 am to 4 pm
- campus is small but used effectively and beautifully
- hostel is quite expensive and also very strict for pg students
Course Curriculum Overview:
as it is VTU , they keep updating the syllbus and also college take care of students extra training through various programs and we have two IATs for each Sem and one main exam at the end of the semester

- Extra curricular activities like hackathons in the college itslef project competitions
- Only a few lecturers teaches so well and they deserve an appreciation
- The college environment is so eco friendly and radiates a positive energy through the entire campus
Dislikes
- Lecturers need to be more knowledgeable rather thanjust having years of experience
- College is bit stricter compared to other colleges
- Non availability of AC in classes which becomes soo hard to tolerate during summer season
Course Curriculum Overview:
Basically Computer Science was my primary interest so diving deeply into the world of ahrdqare ans software was my main passion.The curriculum just gives about 40 percent for the real world .Courses must be more practical rather than theoritical and also they should show the fields of use of different courses .The exam timing is perfect

- the faculty is good with skilled teachers and extensive teaching experience
- the facilities and equipments are good with access to everything
- the faculty actually pay attention to the mental health of students and make sure we’re comfortable at any aspects

- the campus is very small with only two buildings
- the peer is not that great or at least according to my liking. there are good people tho
- there is no wifi access in the campus. given that majority of the students are budding software developers it is a basic necessity

the curriculum is very much relevant to the course. it covers a lot of subjects that is wide and enables us to have a broad range of domain specific picks to do. it provides you with more experience in every domain so that it is helpful with internships and masters.

- The teachers are nice! They have good knowledge and they help us prepare for vtu exams
- The infrastructure is good. The college is maintained well
- The campus is neat , the attenders are really friendly
Dislikes
- The placement is not that impressive, as compared to other engineering colleges
- The college canteen is too small and since there’s lot of new admission it’s not enough for students
- The price for food in the college canteen is too high
Placement Experience:
So I'm in 3rd year and I hear from my seniors that the companies come to college to intreview you during the 6th semester and if you're highly knowledgeable and have worked hard you can crack the interviews and earn an internship and get placed in future , you can expect an package of 4-7 lpa

Decided to choose this course as it is the one having scope, and also had expertise of family member, course is ver helpful for gaining knowledge on software of computer, helps many ways, teaching method of such a course should be improved

- I like my college as it is very big and huge and my department is computer science I love studying
- I like to spend time with my friends in college
- There are many faculty in my college and staff

- The water supply is very bad in our college
- The washrooms are so so irritating and so bad
- The teaching staff is not that good as they will not explain many things

As the curriculum would be of many of the things as they are more related to the science basic and firstly I like science and mathematics both so I choosed for BE and the timing of our clg is more over not appropriate

- The college gives placement training for its students from day 1 which is not really found in other colleges.
- The college has many awesome clubs like cyber security, coding, etc.
- The college helps its students or aluminis who want to go for masters and helps for students who want to go to abroad.
Dislikes
- There is no entrance test for those who want to get in through management quota. An entrance test would improve the environment in the college.
Placement Experience:
The students will be eligible to attend campus placements from the start of 7th semester. There are many top notch companies that visit BMSIT&M like major IT companies - accenture, capegemini, cognizant, HCL, Tech mahindra, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, amazon, dell, HP, siemens, adobe, Oracle and many more. The highest CTC is 46lpa and least is 3.5lpa and the averaga CTC is 7.5lpa. About 80% of students are seen getting placements even during the recession.
I am being indecesive between going through placements or continuing my studies.

- Entertaining fests , motoexpo's are conducted
- Really good teaching staff and friendly faculty
Dislikes
- 9-5 timings from 2nd year, 1st year timings were appropriate as college would end at 12 or 1
- Few departments have strict faculties and are a little rude
Course Curriculum Overview:
Exams (internals) are conducted in a spam of 35-40 days. Each internal will have 2units to prepare.
Previous year papers are provided by the faculty for us to know about paper pattern. The paper gives us a choice in any 2 units

- The lectures in ISE branch are so friendly.
- They conduct great events to participate in every year.
Dislikes
- The college is little far from the bus stand.
- U need to have vehicle of your own or walk 2 kms daily
- This year placements were not that good in college
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible from 6th semester .
140 companies have visited
Due to recession this year the highest was 10LPA by IG company for software development role.
The percentage of students getting placed was less this year
