VTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Placements are pretty good.But unfortunately we belonged to the 2024 batch where the job market was tough worldwide.So some people didnt get placed,some opting for higher studies(including me).Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester and for internships from 6th semester.The highest package offered was by F5 which was around 22LPA.The average package is around 4-5lpa.

The companies will visit the campus when the students are in 7yh sem the well popular companies like Tata elxsi, tech Mahindra, tcs, betsol, Ideainfinity, justpay and others will visit. The average package that student got is 5Lpa and the highest salary was 12 Lpa and lowest salary will be 3 Lpa. There will a eligibility criteria for recruitment is there should be no backlogs and the cga should be more than 7.

7th and 8th semester was eligible for placements more than 500 companies and 1000 offers were made highest was 18lpa and average 5lpa almost 95% got placed my plans after degree was to prepare for upsc and eventually look for employment

From end 3rd year means 7th semister students are eligible for campus placements, i haven't visited any companies hence i am not eligible, i personally i think that in this college specially for automobile engineering department there are not many companies come for recruitment. But i do have plans after graduation for getting job.

The placement are good in our college and gives many opportunity to get the companies from ending of 3rd year and many companies comes like Accenture Capgemini tcs infosis Wipro etc and give packages of different values 100 placement in our college and other opportunities

There will be placements but it si only for some students. I dont know why is that. But placements are not something you can expect. You can surely search for jobs via family members or any websites. That's how we did it.

The course which i choose is my own decision, and i got a government seat in this college which made me easy to get into it. It is not as good as staffs introduce to us, it's just an average college with more popularity.

The course curriculum is very much up to the date and has all the real time data and teachings. They have very good teachers who sort out the textbooks and materials themselves and some generate their own books which are published elsewhere

Placement happen in our college after the 6th semester and and it goes on till the 8th semester. The college placements happen every year. This year the highest package received was for 25 lakhs and the average package is of 4 lakhs. The companies that visited our college are Accenture, Infosys,Cognizant, Tech Mahindra,juspay etc. More number of students get placed in computer related cources. This year there were less placements due to less job opportunities in market

After the end pf 6th semester students become eligible to sit for campus placements. Lots of comapnies every year like Amazon ,Microsoft ,Samsung ,Oracle ,Morgan Stanley and many more are there. The highest package offered was 64lpa by Attlassian and the average package is 7.66lpa. Around 95% students were placed for the year 2022-2023 which is really a good percentage. My plans after getting the degree is to grab a decent package from campus placements and after working for few years will go for higher studies.
