Placement Experience:

Students at BMS College of Engineering typically become eligible for campus placements from the seventh semester onwards. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and Accenture regularly visit the campus, offering a significant number of job offers. The highest package offered varies annually but usually ranges from 10-15 lakhs per annum, with an average package of around 4-6 lakhs per annum. The percentage of students getting placed is usually high, often exceeding 80-90%. As for my plans after completing the degree, I aim to pursue further studies or seek employment in a reputable firm to gain practical experience and contribute to the industry.

Placement Experience:

It typically has a good track record of placements, with many students securing job offers from reputed companies during campus recruitment drives. The college often invites a diverse range of companies from various sectors to conduct placement sessions, including IT, manufacturing, consulting, finance, and more. These placement sessions provide students with opportunities to interview for internships, full-time positions, or participate in other career-related activities. The college may also offer support services such as resume building, interview preparation, and networking events to help students succeed in their job search. For students who do not secure placements through campus recruitment or choose to pursue other avenues after completing their course, there are still plenty of options available. They can explore opportunities such as further studies, entrepreneurship, freelance work, or specialized training programs to enhance their skills and improve their employability.

Specific aspects such as a strong focus on practical learning through labs, projects, and internships influenced my decision to choose this course. The curriculum is designed to provide a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring students are well-prepared for real-world applications and further academic pursuits.
