VTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

Students who were eligible for placements were from the 6th sem and most of the students were selected. The companies visiting our companies were cisco,bosch, amazon, Infosys, Benz, etc. The highest package of this year was 45 lakh per annum and the minimum was 7.5.cisco and benzz companies. It's nothing like percentage it depends upon the talent of the students and their participation in activities like internships so on of course we should score good cgpa in the exams too. My plan is after degree is like getting a good job and further to go for higher studies.

RNSIT provides the best placement around many colleges and the placement will be started from the end of the 6th Sem from the college side we will be getting training to attend the placement. And around 200+ companies will be providing the opportunity.

On my interest, I have chosen this course 8 to 10 students 1faculty for each subject 2 facilities are allotted Faculties are qualified with master's and PhD for teaching skills 4 months is the total duration of the course per sem 1 month for a study tour

There are decent placements in college. We get a chance to attend placements while we are at the end of the 6th semester. Many companies like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, and many more companies visit us and the highest package offered is around 12LPA and the average is around 3.5LPA. Almost all the students get placement about 90 percent. My plans after getting the degree are to do the job and gain some knowledge and real time experience and to know how things work in the real world.

The faculty is very good for my department. They are very friendly and they also help you get practical knowledge about the subject. Per teacher, there are 6 students in a class. Hence the ratio is very good.

Talking about course and curriculum it is very outdated, as a computer science student we are made to work on very old and outdated technologies. One reason for that is maybe Professors are not aware of new technologies and how to work on them or something.

The won't think to join the course of electronics and communication but from cet it was reserved to me but it was better opportunity because we can got either to hardware or software and our college faculties are very good qualified and nice teaching from them I am glad to that I got very good faculties

From 2nd sem of the MBA, students are eligible for placements. Currently, 4 companies have offered for MBA department. The highest package is 12 lakh PA and the average is 600000 PA. 85% of students are getting placed in all the departments. After getting a degree I need to work.

From 6 semester, the campus placement starts there are many companies like Amazon Byjus and other highest is 18LPA average is 5LPA 75% Students get placed thinking of doing master's after this so I will continue my studies after this degree.

From the 5th semester, the placement training is compulsory in order to give training to the students for the placements. Many companies like BYJUS and many other companies have come for placements and many students have been placed. According to me the highest package that is approximately 15 lakh/annum. About almost 70% of the students get placed branch-wise. My plan is to pursue an M.TECH Degree.
