VTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

This was allotted by kcet I first preferred computer science because it was my interest and I got that seat by kcet exam. Teachers are very cool and helpful and they teach well and anti-free ragging college. Qualification of the faculties are PhD and their teaching is also too good.

I choosed this course because I didn't find any kind of interest in any other courses. Faculty and students ratio is fine at the moment. Qualification of faculty doesn't matter when a faculty is capable enough to train the students. Due to the delay in commencement of college the semester ended up quite early with a bit of rush which made it difficult for the students .

The course is proceeding at its own pace, but it's hard to grasp some concepts and the faculty has been very helpful throughout the course. Clear our doubt nd help us throughout. Question papers are provided for reference.

It's from 6 th semester, Number of companies visited last year and I can't recall most of them but they include:- Microsoft, Capgemini, Accenture, etc, Highest was 15 lpa by Oracle , and lowest was around 3 lpa by some startup company, Placement percentage are more than 80, To get a job

Placements is very rewarding in PES and the main reason to the demand for admissions in our college. The campus selection goes on from the begining of the final year and the college takes the best care with respect to the placements of every student. Our college get many high profiled companies AMAZON, INFOSIS, WIPRO and many more as such. The college has many start up oppurtunities also. The average package is around 1200000 per anum.

I choosed CSE in global academy of technology because of it's rising scope in future and this college is exactly what i wanted. This college has faculties who are well qualified, knowledgeable and experienced. They are very supportive. I didn't find any type of difficulty in facing the exams, the syllabus was completed days before exam and rounds of revisions were conducted which made it easier to attend exam a score good grades.

Placements start for 4th years according to their CGPAs. Companies don't consider students below 6 cgpa while 9, 9.5+ are given really high preference. If you have a strong skillset or special features in your domain, you are good with 8 cgpa also.

I choose my career as Engineering because I had very strong grip in mathematics it's one of my Favourite subject.Even I love creating my own websites, app laughing overall I love to code. So,Engeering in Computer Science background was the best course to explore myself.Im Happy to be an engineering graduate Coming on to faculty:Really lucky to have them because they are soo sweet interactive. Not matter at what time they clear out my doubts. They are very interactive. Coming on to exams: It's very easy to score marks if you do some smart works like referring to previous year papers fetch you more marks. But the duration of my course Is very short what I left because vtu used to conduct exams in 4months actually I was a 6month course.I was some what heptic my teachers used to screw us for getting the this done.Rest all its fine nd well

I have chosen artificial intelligence and machine learning. It is an interesting course and artificial intelligence is the future of software industries. The faculties are very interactive and well-experienced. We get 2 internal tests and one external. As ours is VTU affiliated the difficulty is a bit high.

Students are eligible for placements from the 5th semester. The placements here are good enough only if you are good enough to crack it. Companies like Visa, Twilio, cisco, and many others. The placements here are nearly up to 90-95% which is pretty decent. The highest package was of 55 lakhs bagged by a senior in pallo alto. The average package is 12 lakhs for cse and ise and overall it's 8 lakhs.
