STUDENT SATISFACTION RATINGS

Dawn of BITS

Fees -

Very expensive. Compensation in placements, but a lot of people can't afford it without loan. The faculty just wants you to attend lectures even if all they do is read lecture slides which are copy-pasted from the ebook. Some professors are actually good, but the majority of sadist teachers would just make you hate this branch, this college, this place, maybe even yourself.

Course Curriculum -
8 /10

Course is good. Chemical Engineering is an interesting field, given you get the right exposure. Which you most definitely won't get in this college. The faculty just wants you to attend lectures even if all they do is read lecture slides which are copy-pasted from the ebook. Some professors are actually good, but the majority of sadist teachers would just make you hate this branch, this college, this place, maybe even yourself.

Fees -

Being a private college, fees is expensive. It costs around 10-12 lakhs for 4 years at Pilani. Also, there a 15% hike in fees at the end of each year. Most of the students get education loans. So, scholarships are good way to help here.

Course Curriculum -
9 /10

Course structure is good and practical. But also let's one focus on his/her own interests. Exams are mostly 2 types- closed book and open book. Class tutorial tests are usually closed book. Finals are generally of 2 types as mentioned.

Extraordinary colleges of India

Fees -

It's feasible in my opinion as there are scholarships to those who cannot afford and yet finances are maintained well without receiving any aid from the government. The fee is priced at approximately two lakhs per semester.

Course Curriculum -
9 /10

It's structured in a manner that prepares us for the future and get our basics right at the same time. There is unprecedented emphasis laid on research as it is always fascinating to learn and discover things that haven't been done before.Labs are evenly spaced to provide adequate exposure to what we learn in class.

Fees -

It is Too expensive for common people. It is around 2L per sem and with an increase of around 15% every year.I believe the quality of placements and internship provided by the college, the amount is quite justified.

Course Curriculum -
10 /10

Course and Curriculum are based in flexibility here.U can do whatever course u want other than your compulsory courses that r required to complete your degree.U will learn how to manage as there’s 0% attendance so gives u time to learn different things.

My college review

Fees -

The only drawback I feel about the college is fee structure. The fee is quite large amount. A student need to pay around 3.2 lakhs of tution fee and a fee of 80 thousand for hostel and food if one is doesn't get any scholarship and this structure keep changing.

Course Curriculum -
10 /10

The course curriculum is very flexible and you have a freedom to make your own timetable and opt for the courses of your choice which no other college in India provides. But there are a lot of exams that you have to write and the institute is very keen about transparency of exams.

Fees -

Trending towards expensive but feasible if one compares it to IITs fees structure. There is a fee hike of 15% every year though. Currently it sits around 2 lac per semester which includes tuition fees and hostel and mess fees.

Course Curriculum -
9 /10

Course curriculum is one of the best in India, certainly on par with IITs. Exam structure is - regular tutotial tests in classes and mis semester and comprehensive examinations per semester. Laboratory components are evaluative as well. Free grading structure is relative and not absolute.

Due to govt college the facilities are great in very cheap money. The amount out college collect in a whole year is just only 860 indian rupees. That is very cheap, even for very poor families. And I also thanks AICTE for new job opportunities.

Course Curriculum -

I'm lucky to express my feelings about my college. People are made Engineer for job only. But I think this is not for only a job but also live knowledgeable life about mechanics and physics. I'm sure about that I'll be succeed very soon.
