Remarks:

The university provides a wide range of couses with experienced faculty and a good campus life. The courses here includes both theory and hands-on training with proper lab setups. The course curriculum is designed as per the latest market trends with information about the latest research and technologies. The campuses (both college and hostel) are equipped with State of the art facilities including Wi-Fi, smart classes, mess, cafeterias, library, laboratories, proper medical facilities, etc.The admission process is based on your course type, for some couses you need to give an entrance exam(for B.Tech and B.Arch) while for others there's an interview process and in other courses you get admission based on your class-12 performance. So, I recommend you to talk with the councellors at MUJ. They're really nice and supportive.

Engineering students in 8th semester do the internship with industry for a period of 4-6 months with the prospect of conversion to full time offers. This is a win-win situation for both the students and the industry.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards placements start in college. Many companies come for placements and choose a student based on their set criteria. Companies like, Dell, Accenture, Capgemini visit the campus and selection are made based on the skill sets of the student. Different companies have different criteria for selections which may include test and personal interview. One also needs to score a decent GPA to be eligible to sit for the placements with no backlogs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester. Many companies have visited the campus including Dell, Microsoft, Amazon, Mindtree, Accenture, etc. The placements here are quite good. The highest package last year was 47 Lakhs, hired by Amazon. My plan is to get a decent job first and get professional experience.

Placement Experience:

Placements for the B.Tech is good but if we talk about other branches like BBA, B.Com there are hardly any companies which visit for these branches. The average package I think is around 5-7 which is average if you are looking for B.Tech then you can consider Manipal.

Remarks:

This college has an excellent infrastructure and amenities with a brand name of Manipal. Also the college hostel is very good to live in. It has been awarded as the best hostel in India. Talking about the bad aspects is that there is lot of bad influence you can find here. If you can resist that then there is no such bad aspect here. You can take admission through registration in MUOET and clearing the exam. The reason for joining the college is the life here. Out of city chores. Neat and clean environment. Forms are available after January and you can apply it online.
