RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I have a civil branch in this college because I have an interest in civil engineering. the faculty is almost good but the classes are not regular. my branch has 70 students and faculty is available for every subject. the teaching method of some faculty are good and some faculty are not so good in teaching. exams are of medium level not so easy and not so hard and the exam conduction process is good.

From semester 5 students are eligible for placements. Campus placement is not so high and some local companies and also some big companies came for hiring the students. The average package is about 5-6LPA. The maximum package is about 9-10LPA. There are about 10% of students are placed from campus. After my degree, I will go for higher study. For this, I am preparing for the gate. I personally, not interested for job, want to go for further study.

On-campus placement in this college is not soo good for the past few years. There are few companies who visit our campus for offering a paid internship in 3rd year only and then in the last year they give placement offer to them.

From the 6th semester, students are able to get placed in various companies.IBM, TCS INFOSYS, and many more companies visit every year and in CSE around 80 students are placed every year The highest package offered till now is 40 lac PA by Microsoft Around 80% of students get placed every year My plan after getting degree is to do a job in cybersecurity of India

As I am from the Computer science branch so last year 43 students have placed through the college some are off-campus and some are on campus. The average package offered between 3-4 lakhs per annum. The highest is 7.5 lakhs but this is off-campus.

Placements are average by saying I mean only service-based compies hire on-campus mainly CSE/IT students offering 5 LPA-6 LPA. In 4th-year placements, drives are getting placed for both tech and non-tech branches and placements for CSE id higher than other branches but some students prefer off-campus for better packages, some prefer for masters so it is a student decision. Some common companies in which students majorly places are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Ranosys, SunArc, Vedanta. About Alumni, they all are in good product-based companies and having a good position.

The college is very keen on providing training via regular internship throughout the years for regular training and experience many students can get placed in the organizations which they are working as an intern. Many organizations come for the recruitment and selection process and offering placements to the seekers such as Airtel, OPPO, VIVO, Reliance, OYO, HDFC etc.

From the 3rd semester, we r eligible for Placements Reliance jio and Communications, Bank Of Baroda, AU Bank, White Hat Jr, OYO, VIVO 5 Lakh is the highest package provided by Company 95% of Students got placements. My plan is to work in Bank as a manager.

The placement percentage is about 80%-90% solely depending on individual performance throughout his/her academics.The highest package was INR 13 lacs and the lowest depends on the company visited. Students are eligible from 6th semester for placements.

On our campus student in 6 semesters become eligible for campus placement. There is so many companies that have come for placement like Infosys, Byjus etc. My plans are go abroad after getting the degree.
