RTU Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

The companies start visiting the campus for recruitment in the Final year, i.e, from the 7th semester. The college offers 100% placement with an average package of 3-4LPA and the highest package is 10LPA. Top recruiters are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc.

After graduating from this college, i want a decent job also my plans are for further studies in my subject and get a decent job. Last year the highest package was 10 lakhs that too of my friend from Electrical Branch. Placement rates are quite good here as compared to other private colleges in Jaipur. Also, more than 900+ companies come every year for placement rounds. From the 6th sem, every student becomes eligible for sitting in placement rounds. The company's which mainly visit are mostly IT companies like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. They take approx 200-300 students in every round.

Student become eligible for campus placement from 6th sem. Onwards. This Year 1882 students were placed in 76 companies . Some of them are, HP , BYJU's , Xebia, L&T, TCS, Accenture, Infosys, Deloitte, etc. avg. Pakage was around 3.8 - 4.2 lac per annum. Highest Pakage was 12.5 lac per annum by HP. Percentage of students get selected was around 85 - 90 % . My plans after getting degree was to secure a job from placement , but as a side plan I have to prepare for some govt. Exams.

The college promises 100% placements but self help is the best policy. The students get eligible for placements right from the 6th semester (3rd year). The top companies offering placements are Infosys, Cognizant, HCL, TCS and many more with attractive packages. The highest package goes almost to 12 LPA and average to 4-5 LPA.

Final year students are eligible for placements. The placement rate is not very good. A very few students crack a placeholder for a good package. The highest package is approx 6 to 7 Lacs. Various companies like Infosys, Microsoft etc visit the campus for placements. But there is very good preparation for the GATE exam. Many students can crack the exam.

So if I talk about placements so 100+ Leading companies including - TATA , TCS, Wipro, Taanj, AWS, Thermax, etc . are coming into our placement cell. The highest package is 16 L.P.A, which is got by Bharat bhaiya from the C.S. branch in AWS. And 7 L.P.A. also. The avg. package is 3.5 to 4 L.P.A . Our college is organized many placement cell programs which helps you to grab an opportunity for your future company.

MY Btech course in Electronics and communication. I choose this course as I'm interested in both core and programming. I find the idea of chips and electronic hardware are fascinating. The faulty skit in the ECE department is enough for all students, teachers are interactive, knowledgeable and very helpful. SKIT ece department has 3 sections of same year batch and each section contain 50 to 60 students. For lab visiting, sections are further divided into subsections or group so each student can work individually on apparatus, or computer or other equipments. Most of my professors are B.tech engineer some of them done masters too. and some do the PHDs. The methods of teaching are not very distinctive normal class bases student--teacher interaction.

From the 7th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. mostly the software and IT companies visit the campus. The companies which are visited the previous year TCS, nagarro, CESC limited, metacube, Wipro, and many more which offered an average package of 5 lakhs per annum. The highest package was given to the student of IT branch by TCS the package is of 7 lakhs per annum. Almost 60% of students getting placements every year. I want to do a master's in construction and management.

The placements are quite good in SKIT. The college has been on top in recent years. Many companies visited for an on-campus interview. The highest package went upto 12lpa. After completion of my btech degree I plan to take a job for 1 year and then pursue higher studies.
