- The college campus is on its top notch it bares 6 accadamic blocks including other blocks and it's so good and well maintained and the garden is also very clean and beautiful everything is well organized
- Getting some positive feedback from family and friends so i join this course.
- Faculty is really good at teaching and i trust that it will improve my knowledge.
Dislikes
- other than that the college has no other things that i disliked
- the Campus of Humanities department is quite small
- wifi is not functional and cannot be used

- Great weather and nature scenaries covered around hills.
- Nice if u want to enjoy nature and go for trekking and hiking.
- Girls to boys ratio is one of the best. It is like 3 boys to 1 girls.
Dislikes
- Some faculty are good and some are straight up bad.
- Examination are hard and competitive for an engineering College.
- Different culture and different food but u can adjust.
Placement Experience:
Students are eligible from 6th semester to go for placement and internship. The average package for CSE is 5.5 LPA. Microsoft , Dell , TCS , Infosys etc do visit the campus. The highest is 50 LPA. Almost 90 percent placement rate.

- Collage is Situated in a very beautifl location . its very peaceful and very beautiful , Teachers are Quite nice and are helping us with our studies out of their designates time .
- Not in a good or bad way campus of more of a more traditional style of providing noted like note books and copies use of smart board is comparetively less .
Dislikes
- Some of the HOD's are not soo friendly . Pressure is more than other collages becz there are more tests conducted and within short duration unlike other collages .
- Hostel food and wifi is not worth paying 85K .. but 1st years are not given a option to opt out for that option but most of the seniors generally opt out of MES because it is not worth the money and is Expansive also .
- Fro 2nd year many prefer to have their food self prepared or outside the Collage Gate where it is cheaper with good food .
Placement Experience:
The overall placement rate was around 90% the highest offered to passout student was INR 35 LPA furthermore The SMIT Average package stood at inr 6 LPA . We have Training and placement cell at sikkim manipal institute of technology to facilitate placement oppurtunities.

- The faculty are hardworking and approachable.
- The classrooms are spacious and fully furnished
- There are many other activities other than academic
Dislikes
- We don’t have a football ground and swimming pool
- We get very few to no holidays and vacations
- The 8-5 schedule is very tiring and exhausting

The new CBME curriculum is followed and it is more clinical based rather than the olden times theory baded and thus it prepares us to be more competent practically. The exams are moderate to hard, depend on your preparation

- The things I like about my college is afternoon cafeteria food
- The infrastructure and classrooms are very nice .
- The availability of all specimens for bot students is very good.

- The professors are too rude specially anatomy one.
- The timing of the college we don't even get sat off.
- The unwanted attention of our seniors is tiring

I choosed this college because it was close to my hometown but after coming to this college it felt like it's worth it . And the exams and pcts are frequently happening which increases our overall performance.

And as it is located in my own State I choosed this collage
We had our collage hospital named CRH so we frequently visit our department to learn and understand

- Teachers here, give so much preference to every student
- Campus is nice and labs are fully ac which makes it nice to work
- Extra curricular activities and facilities are provided to students like gym, swimming,sauna, basketball and many more

- To be very honest I don't dislike anything at all
Placement Experience:
From 5 semester students will be able to apply for campus placements.
I'm the freshers just joined this college but heard a lot of good things about this college,
I have my brother who studied from here and he got an offer letter with very good package.

Clinical and practical aspects were the reason for choosing the course. Course is pretty comprehensive and relevant for real world situations as it prepares well for clinical duty
Exams are held frequently enough and they are moderate in terms of difficulty

- Infrastructure=here the beautiful building of this college is situated on the lap of mother nature you will live it
- Faculties are so supportive and friendly in nature
- Seniors will treat you like their own siblings
Course Curriculum Overview:
The curriculum of this course has many camps academic related things to do
The rehabilitation camps also help in bringing perfection in academics
Course starts from August and the sessional exams start from December but the difficulty vevel depends on how much you have prepared.

I have a few friends from Sikkim Manipal University and according to them, it is not a great place for innovative ideas and opportunities. It is a good option if you just want a degree. Here are some of the perks of joining the institute.
- There are over 15 clubs at SMIT. The club culture is quite good at the institute. If you want you can start your own club too.
- It has a great geographic landscape. There are awesome places that you can visit.
- It helps in the all-round development of students.
Overall SMIT is not a bad option for distance learning.
