SRM University Chennai Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I chose this college because firstly my parents wanted me to stay back in home with them and complete my undergraduate and though I cracked NEET but wasn't with sufficient rank to get a top government college in the city. And then my parents came to know about SRM being one of the top private institute of the state and moreover i liked the ambience and secondly SRM has good infrastructure for the biotechnology department. So seeing all these i joined SRM

I would say that overall SRM has done a pretty decent job in the management of various fields involving the academics or extra curricular activities or the placement processes. If you are from a place outside of Tamil Nadu and you are looking to socialize and meet with new people and furthermore land a good job, SRM IST Chennai is a go to.

I definitely couldn't give any bad remark on my college because it's worth it. Also it can't be 10. I could say overall it's good.

The main reason of choosing this college was because of it's campus placement, education system, it's gives opportunity to startup your own company,to upbring your ideas of startup. It gives students tha platform tk showcase your talent regarding public speaking or music or any cultural activities

The college management is very nice but they are very less holidays given during festivals.

My elder brother is also pursuing his higher studies in the same college. My parents also sent me in the same college. The college is one of gthe best college in nation. It is highly reputed college in Chennai.

It was the best for automotive engineering in the country at that time. Even now it hosts one of the best laboratories which are sponsored by Auto giants such as BMW, FORD, BOSH, TATA etc. The hands on experience provided at the University is immaculate

I had taken pcb without math in high school. Other colleges wanted students to have opted for math in 12th for the biotech course. Srm was my only option since they accepted students who had not taken math in 12th.

Firstly it was the best option i had and various other factors such as Infrastructure,Location and also Zero Ragging Campus,There was an anti-ragging team to prevent ragging and my parents wanted me to get good exposure and develop soft skills so i choose this college.Staying in my hometown i wouldn't have gained the exposure i have gained. And has a good record for placements too being located close to Sri Perumbdur-an area with lot of industries and factories.

Wide exposure to students from all over nation and good research facilities. Grater availability of laboratory facilities and library facility. Constant support for the placement activities. Excellent infrastructure.
