The college offers admission into its MBBS program based on NEET rankings. NEET cut-off refers to the minimum rank that candidates are required to secure in NEET to be eligible for admission into the college. If one wants to make their career on a serious note, this is the best college that's what i personally recommend. They have big labs which are fully equipped. World class infrastructure enhances our focus on studies. They even keep on motivating us by organizing seminars sometimes.

I got admission in this college via NEET, which has been the only mode of entrance exam since 2017. I particularly opted for this college because it has a good reputation, is close to home, and also allows you to complete a year as house surgeons also.

I am from the state of Maharashtra, but since I could not crack a better college with my state entrance exam, I decided to go with the best college I could get into with my AIPMT score. ESIC Chennai is well reputed and I had to go through two rounds of counselling to get admission here.

The minimum qualification required to apply for MBBS in Sri Muthukumaran Medical College is to have secured at least 50% in NEET and also should have passed 12th standard board exams. The admissions are strictly based on NEET marks.

Securing above 50 percentage in the NEET results is the main criterion for applying to MBBS degree in SMMCHRI. The admissions is decided only by the management of the college and the selected candidates will be informed by them.

The admission process was completely dependant on the NEET-UG entrance exam conducted all over India. Since the college only takes 250 students, the process is not easy as it takes a lot of hard work to crack the exam.
