Admission to the college is primarily through the JEE MAIN exam, managed by NTA, with counseling by AKTU. For vacant seats, candidates can take a university-administered written exam. The UPSEE entrance exam is another pathway, requiring a qualifying rank of around 24,000 for admission. The faculty includes 13-15 members per department, mostly Ph.D. holders, though they receive mixed ratings of 2.5 to 3.5 out of 5. The faculty-to-student ratio is 1:68, with faculty known for being supportive and approachable.

The course fee for B.Tech is approximately Rs. 75,150 annually, with hostel fees at Rs. 12,550 and mess fees at Rs. 48,000. Exam fees are Rs. 1,100 per semester. The highest on-campus package is 9 lakhs, while off-campus can reach up to 14 lakhs. Many students pursue higher studies or government exams due to limited placements. Internships are available from the third year, offering stipends of 10,000 to 20,000 INR, with companies like HCL, TCS, and Indian Railways. The scholarship scheme excludes students with parents in government services.
