AI-Generated Summary based on 32 Reviews

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University offers a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. The course requires a minimum eligibility criterion of securing 40% to 60% in PCM in Class 12. Admissions forms are available at the college campus, necessitating a visit for the application process, although some mention of online applications is noted. There is no entrance exam for admission, and the decision primarily depends on fulfilment of eligibility criteria.

Reservation benefits are available but specifics are unclear, suggesting direct contact with the college for detailed information. The examination system includes monthly sessional and semester exams, held from 9 am to 12 pm, with a moderate level of difficulty. The direct or management quota seems to offer admissions without additional exams for those meeting other criteria. The reports indicate a need for improvements in practical knowledge delivery and faculty engagement, alongside enhancing placement opportunities.

The absence of online application accessibility and limited practical exposure are highlighted areas for development.

SVSU Meerut: 1 Answered Question

Should I opt for Subharti University Meerut or drop another year? I got 494 marks in the OBC category.

Riya Dhar,MBBS from Subharti Medical College (2021)

Yes, you can take admission to Subharti University, it is better than other private colleges. One of my friends studied there and mentioned that:

  • The management is good.
  • The faculty is highly experienced, most of them from government medical college pass outs like BHU - Varanasi, Allahabad Medical College, etc.
  • The lectures are also engaging, unlike other private institutions.
  • The campus is 250 acres which is also a plus point.
  • The college is strict when it comes to academics.

Overall, it is good to be a part of this college but if you can get a chance in a government college, definitely go for it, as it will provide you with better opportunities and education at a reasonable cost.
