- The faculty is very helpful and active, with great professionalism, the way of teaching is very understandable if any doubts, they are always available to clear it without any problem.
- Infrastructure is so awesome the views at the campus are the best and you will fall in love with each and every corner of campus
- Also i liked the placements of the college that they provide the placements to the students in best companies and for the good job role as well.
Dislikes
- Hostel facilities are pathetic fungus in washroom mess too far away food is not upto the mark cost : 120000/ annum faculty is not quite responsive facilities not provided as promised everything is delayed
- The hostel mess food is also not good for the students
- The classes are held at different locations which really make us tired as we have to walk a lot to take another class

- To be honest, thier is not much to dislike but I think thier is always scope of betterment.
- The only issue I faced as a student was that the campus is huge and we had classes in different blocks which made us a bit tired by the end of the day.
- We had wonderfull teachers except one or two who were not very polite with kids, but every college has such teachers.

placement opputinities are available from 4th semester onwards
highest package is 5.5 lpa and average is 3,5lpa
about 20-30% students got placed

Dislikes
- I despise the facade of fake placement promises at my college. It's disheartening to see students misled by exaggerated job prospects, only to face disappointment later. It undermines trust and creates anxiety among graduates.
- The burden of unnecessary academic workload weighs heavily on my college experience. Endless assignments, irrelevant courses, and excessive exams drain our energy and hinder true learning.
- The deficiency in facilities at my college is glaring and frustrating. From outdated laboratories to inadequate library resources and cramped study spaces, the lack of amenities hampers our learning experience.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for campus placements after the 6th semester.
Companies like Google, PayPal, and De Shaw visited our campus this year, offering 5600+ job opportunities.
The highest package offered was 50 LPA, while the average package stood at 5 LPA.
The college doesn't disclose the percentage of students placed.
After completing my degree, I plan to secure a job and work diligently in my chosen field.

- good infrastructure - buildings are not too far from each other therefore convenient for students to take classes like PDP which may be organised in different building
- good campus environment - peaceful atmosphere and weather here is also good
- good connectivity to train and bus station - autos are available in abundance
Dislikes
- less industrial tours - everytime they plan a tour they ask to pay for it
- no focus on projects - teachers assign the project and then leave it upto you
Placement Experience:
In BTech a student is eligible to sit into placemets from 7th Semester. Many companies do visit the campus and hire the students. if you are bit sincere then you will definately get placed. The highest package this year was 55 L and min was around 3.5L .Placements are still going on and students are getting placed.
I am also looking forward to get placed on campus.

- The campus of graphic era hill university and graphic era deemed to be university are very beautiful
- College also provide other curricolum activities than studies
- Faculty teaching system is so good they teaches very well
Dislikes
- Not all faculty are good in behaviour some are rude
- Examination time and seating managment is not good here
Course Curriculum Overview:
I choose this course because i like coding.
The curriculum preapres me very well for the real world application.
No therre is not any area which need improvement the whole system is good
Examination happen in every 6 month and mid term happen in gap of 3 months

- Campus life. the campus life here is really good and free without much restriction and it's really enjoyable experience in this college
- The Area around the college is really beautiful and there are lots of public places to visit overall great surrounding.
- There are many restaurants and stalls next to college . It's really cheap and good for free time.
Dislikes
- The area is always full of traffic and there are times where we reach out stop too late due to availing traffic in area
- There are monkeys near campus and they cause quite a ruckus . Some time they steal food from students in cafeteria too.
- There are few teachers that have quite an ego when it comes to handling students and it effects everyone negatively.
Placement Experience:
The placements are decent . They're not as bright as the college portrays and the larger packages are generally off campus but the college do provide decent number of placement exams with companies like Wipro,TCS,infoysis etc. College claims an average 95% placement rate but it is only applied to student who maintain really performing profile and one must study hard to get this.

- College has a fest called grafest which happens in month of May or june
- Classrooms are good and lecture theatre is very well maintained
- Overall campus is located in Dehradun so there are very beautiful places to visit in Dehradun or nearby places.
Dislikes
- Mess food is not very good but it can be eaten
- Some teachers are not good they are not supportive .
- Outing in hostel is provided only for 4 to 5 hours on Sunday which is not enough
Placement Experience:
College provides campus placement which is very helpful for students in getting well reputated company .
Skills required for placements are taught in college.
From 6 semester, students get eligible in college placement drive.

- Campus is gud for walking with friends .
- Infrastructure is also gud . They have gud study environment
- Greenery in campus . Everywhere in campus there were grasses to sit.
Dislikes
- They have attendence criteria of 75% but mainly collage have 50% criteria
- They have many restrictions to enter in collage .
Placement Experience:
This collage provide campus placement for every student . But companies have conditions for placement. They have minimum percentage of grades to join their interviews and other formality. Lowest package of collage is 6 lakh and highest package of collage is 59.4 lakh in this year.

- The back paper thing is not good as their is back for the practical exams too
- The fees is quite more than many of the other good colleges
- The mess food in hostel needs a large change in menu

The placements are better than many other private colleges to be very honest.companies do visit the college every year most of them being mass recruiters but there are good companies too.i would personally chose off campus here but yes offers made in college are increasing every year and they are improving their placements

- The campus view is really pretty you get to see mountain from college campus
- Some teachers are really nice they might seem strict but aren't really like that
- Classrooms are pretty spacious and clean

- For first year students there is no interaction with the seniors
- College does not provide internship this is the worst part
- College does not have a big ground for concerts

What is your review of Graphic Era University?

Here is a brief review of Graphic Era University.
- The college infrastructure is average. The sports facilities are not good.
- The faculties have good educational backgrounds. But most of the faculty members don’t put in the required effort.
- The hostel accommodation is decent. The food offered at the mess is decent.
- The CS department has good placement records. Around 80% of students get placed from this branch. The average CTC offered at the institute is INR 5 LPA. But for other branches, placement chances are less than 20%.
- Graphic Era charges huge fees. A BTech degree costs around INR INR 13.32 Lakhs.
Overall, Graphic Era University is average at best.
