I took this college because my father wanted me to join this college as this college has great faculty members and the quality of their teaching is very good.

BFIT is really the best place to learn. The best avenue for meeting a lot of people from many different countries, to spend time with them, to share life experience and to learn many new things. It’s like reopening and refreshing your life and making it full of new feelings and opportunities. So, no doubt that the years spent here will be some of the best in my life.

Student community radio station, is being established by the BFIT. Students will be involved in producing and presenting a variety of special interest shows offering knowledge for our community, and the station will also offer first hand training to those new to radio.

Getting involved in student media is a great way to gain skills, develop networks and have fun, and the BFIT has student media facilities. “Happening” The student newspaper “Happening” was established for student news and views. Editors are elected each year, and they are joined by a large group of students who contribute articles, subedit, proofread, and help with distribution.

Campus understand that students can experience many difficult personal or emotional issues. Students new often do not know where to get help and their ability to study can be affected. At the Counseling Service there are counselors who can help. They provide free, professional and confidential support to help manage these times as well as offer strategies to improve general well being.

The Writing Centre presents seminars to advance your academic skills, focusing on reading and research skills, presenting tutorials and seminars and report writing. A conversational language support program and weekly tutorials are provided for students who have difficulties with English language, to help all students develop their skills.

As a current student you can participate in skill development workshops including labor market document preparation, maximizing your interview performance and presenting your resume in a professional manner. An annual program of career events is provided for you, including career education in lectures, employers visiting campus, career information evenings and workshops.

The Careers Service markets the BFITians to employers as well as assisting you to learn the necessary skills to manage your career throughout life. We provide services to assist you to make informed career and study choices and invite local, national and MNC employers onto campus when they are recruiting for vacancies.

From the moment students arrive, the BFIT has a range of high quality support services designed to help them settle in quickly and succeed in their studies. The student support service provides ongoing support to all students. It works closely with student groups, faculties and administration staff to ensure the experience of all students is a positive and successful one.
