- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

The course include basic to advance level. The curriculum have theoretical and practical knowledge. The real world of application opens to students through the course. There is exam in regular interval of time and the level of students is evaluated through exams and practical sessions.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Mescet Kunnukara follows apj abdul kalam kerala technological University syllabus and currently the 2019 update of the syllabus is running. The syllabus will be updated for 2024-2028 batch. But for now, computer science based courses are included with engineering graphics, mechanics, civil and mechanical engineering basics, C programming etc for the first academic year. Although, the course is not ao industry relevant, it provides a thorough base in technology. Even semester exam happens in may and odd semester in January.

- Good infrastructure with a green campus.
- Supportive and committed faculty who teaches very well
- Prime location (right next to infopark).
Dislikes
- The college timetable is fixed and very packed which is exhausting
- There are technical events but less cultural events
- College is autonomous is so it tends to reduce on leave
Course Curriculum Overview:
It is an autonomous college which means the college changes it's curriculum by itself.
Curriculum gets frequent changes according to the current trends in that field
Teaching methods are pretty standard which includes using projectors etc and also good labs for practicals
But even though they are changing, it will take some more batches for the curriculum to be upto date

- i liked my college ambience and campus which provide me the best campus life.i also like all the features of college as well as programs tht helped me to make me asa confifdent and vibrant person.
- i was one of the main member in all the clubs of my college. this provided me to make a connection link with all the students across years.
- i like the behaviour of teachers .they will provide all the assistance that we want both technically as well as mentally
Dislikes
- i disliked the factor of groupism among the students.
Placement Experience:
various placements had been coming to college. students with zero or 1 to 2 backlogs are generally considered for placement oppurtunities. companies such as sutherland , ESAF small fincancial bank , Speridian ,Cadence, Poornam info vision, SOTI etc had been visited to college. various students got placed in different jobs. 60% of students got currently placed in various placement oppurtunities. some more placement companies are yet to be visited. the salary packages offered are 3.3 LPA to 15LPA based on the positions and comapnies .Since i got placed in Sutherland Global Services my plan is to join the same company.

- Hostel foods are not good not bad this was my dislike
- There not giving any important for football

Hindustan institute of technology is good college with green environment placement 60% of students have successfully secured placement,with the lowest package being four lakhs and the highest package being eight lakhs

- The campus atmosphere is keeping a great level of decency.
- The annual and tech fests conducted by the campus makes the campus life more cheerfull.
- The faculties are experts in their subject and shows very decent behavior.
Dislikes
- The campus management always makes a delay in making a decision or approving certain necessities.
- Even though most of the faculties shows a decent behavior there are some of them that cross the line.
- When it comes to placement the percentage and its hike is kind of low through the years.
Placement Experience:
The students become eligible for campus placement from 6th semester onwards.The approaching of companies were average.The visiting of big multi national companies are rare. Companies like Sutherland,Apollo are the ones that main make the offers to students.The highest package is 850000 per year and average package is 200000 per year.The percentage of students getting placement 60 percent only. After getting this degree there is a plan of startup which we 4 boys are working since the 1st semester.

- Hostel experience is awesome. The fee is very affordable and students doesn't feel stressed. Good wardens and rules
- Clubs like IEDC and IEEE are rising and improving
- Teachers are very hardworking and efficient

- College management doesn't allow enough funds for development
- Infrastructure is aesthetically bad and can't support huge events
- College is not much interested in anything besides academic activities
Course Curriculum Overview:
The course curriculum I'm under is kerala technological University 2019-2024 scheme which will end in 2024. The current syllabus is rather far from industrial relevance. The computer science syllabus only starts teaching a programming language from semester 2 ( C programming ) . But the current syllabus will be updated. The syllabus updation frequency is 4 years. Like most colleges, the syllabus does not prepare you for industry. KTU semester are moderate difficulty and the timing is December January for odd semester and may - June got even semesters. Backlogs can be cleared during any semester exams. You are required to possess 100 activity points ( acquired through participation in extra curricular activities ) and 162 credit points to graduate. You are eligible for minor degree and honours if you meet the eligibility requirements.
