- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Yeah.it's pretty good in case of faculty.friendly behavioral.acompany students till their exams...they are also good at keeping conection with student.which provides students with a positive nature..also helps in growth of students
Its pretty easy to pass an exam.we need to score 40 in external and 35 in internal out of 150

After 6 th semester students become eligible for placements . It's in the final years .
Many companies have visited the college and made offers for the students like Wipro,Tenzo tech , infopark etc
Around 70 Percent students get placement

- Beautiful campus with a good ampience and garden.
- Canteens are provided at available areas
- Teachers and teaching were all good and they take lots of effort

- Our department is little away from other depatments
- We are unaware of many programs due to this distance
- Once we need any help from offices we need to walk to the main block and it is quite boring
Course Curriculum Overview:
My interest in civil engineering made me choose this course and after i complted my diploma in civil engineering i made my decision to take btech . In my opinion i honestly enjoy my every subjects.
For this course one should complete either plus two or diploma of 3 year. Also have interest in maths and science subjects, maths is covered in almost all subject except common papers. Teaching is based on the teachers and respective college facilities. At most time they teach the subject well , but practical is less which is needed.
The exams were conducted semester wise, every semestet end there will be semester exams for students. There will be sufficient leave for exams and the exams may tough.

Dislikes
- Lots of street dogs inside the campus. Sometimes they enter into classrooms
- Men washrooms are usually not cleaned well
- Slow response from the college management regarding any issue

Choose this course beacuse of interest in new technologies like artificial intelligence
Faculty are skilled , their teaching is not helpful for every students
Exams are very hard to pass you need to foucus on your goal

- College timing is a bit long. Can be reduced to 5 hrs.
- Classrooms are not so good. Could have been better.

Students become eligible for placement from the seventh semester onwards and the percentage of students getting placement is quite average. Companies that come to college are TCS, TATA ELIXIR, IBM, WIPRO.

Placement Experience:
Campus placements are offered at the beginning of seventh semester and the training to the placement starts from the very 2nd year and continues till the fourth
year and companies like TCS, TATA ELIXIR, WIPRO, IBM comes to the campus offering placement.

From the sixth semester onwards there conducted many placements programs so the students could get placed before they pass.Many companies like TATA, INFOSYS, and other big companies provided placements in our college.Getting placed to good company after the degree is my choice.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
