Remarks:

VLSI and embedded systems is a rare course in Kerala, Gec Idukki is one of the govt college which provides this course, Moreover they provides scholarship depending on marks obtained in previous sem. Hostel facility are also provided with less fees

Remarks:

It's the first college that gave me a seat after KEAM honestly. It's a well reputed college as well. It's not far from home either. Took electronics and communication because I didn't get computer science. I'd heard that ECE students had many opportunities in the same fields as computer science students.

I opted this college to take admission as i have heard about this Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering, from seniors who have passed out and pursuing at this college are my neighbours and there are few relatives who graduated from this college.

Remarks:

The factors that took away my attention to take admission at Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering is its position under Mahatma Gandhi University, the college has well trained faculties, facilities for commutation everywhere in Ernakulam district.

Remarks:

The most important factor is the excellent placement. Also the faculty is so good, which helps you to understand the subjects deeply. The college provides excellent lab facilities. It will be a great exposure for students.

Remarks:

This was the only college located near to my house that enables easy commutation for me, there is bus facilities i can get into bus in front of my home and get down there. I also had my friends who choose that college.

Anna University is ranked as follows:

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
