Remarks:

College is at commutable distance from my relatives home, and i loved the ambience of SNGCE college. Facilities provided by the college attracted me to join that college. I went through college reviews from google where i heard that it is there in the top 10 colleges under Mahatma Gandhi University.

Remarks:

Infrastructure is one of the main thing about our college. Also my brother took degree in mechanical engineering from the same college so It was more familiar for me.Also i couldn't write KEAM entrance exam so I had only a few colleges in option so since SNGCE was familiar and good I opted to study here.

Remarks:

I opted for mechanical engineering in the top colleges through allotment where i got this college which was my 5th preference in the allotment list. When i came for admission they never put us on waiting list instead it was timely response that i got from the college.

It is one of the top college in Mahatma Gandhi University, they deliver good classes and offers other educational services in an excellent manner, friendly atmosphere, aesthetically appealing, well prepared notes, good training provided to students.

College was near to my hometown and ghad a good reputation which made me choose this college. I loved the college ambience. I opted the course because I was clueless initially and civil engineering was better among the lot.

Anna University is ranked as follows:

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
