Remarks:

I loved my department. But some of the management decisions made bad impacts on students and they hate the college. Faculties were good. As I already said 4 to 5 professors were so good in teaching and rest of them makes the learning experience a nightmare.

It is situated at the center of the town and so transportation became easy since it is just 500m away from railway station and just 2km away from kerala state road transport corporation bus stant and seemingly situated in a calm educational location

Remarks:

The campus is strictly ragging free and no political parties are promoted. The office staffs were really appreciateable. The college management can provide more job opportunities by including campus placement offers.

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
