8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec

Dislikes

The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

The college stands away from the city. it is a positive and neagtive. the positive part is there is noise pollution and college provide a calm and quiet atmosphere for students. and the nagative part is the transportation facility to the college is poor. only college buses and taxis are available to the college.

Student politics does not take place in the college. The college provides a beautiful atmosphere for tge students. They are ready to help us in any situations. They are many counselling classes conducted at our college. The faculty of the college is highly educated.

Remarks:

The College is the first Christian community college in Kollam. That doesn't mean that Christians are preferred. All religions and caste are welcome in the college. The main problem was the timing. 8:30-4:30 but now the timing have changed. Neat dressing is compulsory. We have uniforms. Clean shave is a must.

Our college has great canteen in the first four four years from when the college started. But when the college depended on just contract of the caterers and not the quality of the food, the food quality is very bad now.

The college has a good infrastructure than any other college with friendly campus and good environment, which help for studying. The college has good libraries and lab facilities for helping the students to study well and have a better future. The campus has better-supporting staff members for helping the students. The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur.
