Remarks:

Bishop Jerome Institute is now the best after Tkm institute in kollam as they give the students the ample atmosphere required for a student in his/her 4 years of study. The negative remark is that thr campus is too small and some teachers do not support the students at certain points of academics.

My college has a pretty good name and it keeps up with its name by it's faculty, teachers, labs, workers, etc. There are many activities held to help nurture a students engineering skills which is very important for their future.

Not a proper coordination about all things. Management has no interest for maintain that college Some of faculties and political parties has problems with management. and positive things that all of the facility helps and provide full commitment for good result

I love my college. The students have freedom in college expressing their views and suggestions. The college is better jn academics and sports. The faculties are helpful. Also our college is accredited. College of engineering perumon is good.

The only positive and negative remark is the same thing they are giving more importance ti academics.College doesnot have politics which give more power to management.They could take any decision which is not preferred as students but helpful as an engineer

Remarks:

Since it's situated fairly close to the heart of the city, it is really easy to reach the college from different parts of the state. The college also provides transportation facilities in the mode of 2 buses.

Positive : Government college, Feasible fee structure, Good faculty and library, Infrastructure was pretty good, It was surrounded by nature. Negative : Transportation was bad, City life was not there, Food facility was bad.

Anna University is ranked as follows:

The current world ranking is 1168. The national ranking is 25. Education Rank is 530 in terms of quality. The alumni employment ranking is 1488. The research Performance Rank is 1111. The overall rating is 69.3. 

The University's Main Campus covers 189 acres and is bordered on the north by the Adyar River and on the south by Raj Bhavan. The Madras Institute of Technology at Chrompet is the University's second campus, spanning 52 acres. Taramani, Chennai, has a third campus that spans 5 acres. These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.

It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
