- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

- Unlike other engineering colleges in kerala,especially government control ones you get hell alot of freedom.there is no uniform nor you have to get permission to go outside.student union is also available for helping you when you need any help.
- Another positive thing i feel about this college is campus politics.Some may see this as negative thing but campus politics is vital for college students.You get the right to choose the union leaders.
- Transportation feasibility .The location of this college is a major plus point.It is only 4-6 km from the trivandrum central railway station and public transportation is availible 24x7.Further this college is located in the highway side
Dislikes
- Campus is a major con of this college.It has a small campus consisting of four to five buildings including main block.All classes are packed in the main block and other buildings are used as labs for variius department
- Since it has a small campus the campus life is also boring.there is no much place for chilling togerther with friends. Campus is usually crowded in the evenings in the one or two socialising space available
- Professor's may not be supportive as u think they are at first.Student centric Professors are rare.Most of the staffs are taken on contract basis .Most of the staff's come in with a tom of ego.
Course Curriculum Overview:
Sadly current curriculum i am in doesnt prepare you for real world.They just test you work ethic by forcing you to mug up for exams.exams are long and also can be crowded together to a week or two.Also semesters are too short .So each students don't get enough preparation time.
The curriculm gives no exposure the industrues .s
Physical education and some changes in the syllabus has been brought in the new schemes .But other things remain unchanged

- Faculties are good and help us in building our carrier
- Soo many internship programmes and all are provided by the college

- College is little strict for first year students
- Average for placement and all avg package was 2lk per annum
- Need improvemts in clubs and events that's good for students
Placement Experience:
Placementa are average 20-60% are placed after course with minimum salary
After 3rd year we are become eligible for placements
Infosys Wipro bosch techmaheendra TCS etc are visited my college last year
50-60% are placed
My plans after this is getting job fast and secure my career after some years I need to plan for a startup

- Faculties are sincere.Most of them are Highly qualifies and also guest teachers are good too.
- As per the academics,method of teaching is good.All the topics are covered before the examination.
- eco-friendy college.No nuisance in the college and great enviornment.Also cultural programs are conducted periodically.
Dislikes
- Difficulty to travel from a city to my college.As my college is situated far remotely from any cities and the transport through public means are really difficult.
- Poor lab facillities are a major issue..most equipment even are faulty or doesn't work.
- poor hostel facility for boys..there is no government provides hostels for boys.
Placement Experience:
Placements are comparitively very low,with less salary packages.My plan is to try other placements outside my college too.not only in my core but also as a full stack devoloper in IT field. Student getting Placements are really low and the companies approach are comparitively low scale pay companies.Which reduces the interests for students to approach for a college placement.

Course Curriculum Overview:
Aiml is one of the most trending courses now.The college provides the best curiculum for real world applications or further academic pursuits.The classrooms could be imoroved and the teaching methods also could be improved

- The whole campus is not so big but still big enough to walk around and chill when there is no class
- The faculties are all nice except some of them don't genuinely know how to teach.
- There is a huge ground where you could play football volleyball ball or even cricket
Dislikes
- One or two teachers are actually very bad at teaching and have a bad attitude and brings the whole mode of the class down
- The new principal almost conducts classes on every Saturday's
- The food at the hostel sometimes is very bad, and I skip sometimes
Course Curriculum Overview:
This curriculum does not prepare for real-world applications that much as per my view and perspective. Some brilliant students might get placed in huge companies and stuff. The rest usually get placed at call centres and other small jobs. The timing of the university calender is very tight. The first 2 sems of my curriculum was actually a course of 12 months which was conducted over a duration of 8 months.

- Nice class room and good condition smart set up
- Well ambianced place include small pond,small huts etc...
Dislikes
- Collage is very strict,fell like a school
- Ground were very poor and too dangerous play
- The programs where limited and management doesn't allowing too much programs
Placement Experience:
Actually the place is below average, because the maximum lakh per annum is 3.5,that is too low when we compared to government colleges,but when we compare to other private colleges it is quite good as others

- FISAT got seperate grounds for cricket and football
- FISAT has clean bathrooms and classrooms
- All the classes in FISAT got projectors for us

- Still use chalk and board to teach us still in this 2024

From the seventh semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placements.
Companies like TCS, VIPRO, EY, APOLLO, etc are coming for placement opportunities.
I'm hoping to be placed in my UG itself. If not I'm going for UG studies.

- Nature friendly.NBA accredited.Teachers are so good at our academics
- Cold climate and eco friendly campus.Campus is like a tourist spot
- Faculties are highly qualified and experienced

- Bus availability is not so good.we have to wait bus for going anywhere.As a hilly place bus availability is limited
- Network issue and range isuse.sometimes sim network is completely shutdown
- On campus placements are less.we have to placed through outcampus

- Arts and science based programs: Those programs are a must to attend programs, everyone is so active and its so fun and educational.
- Good classes and restrooms: All classrooms are equiped with fully functional lights, fans, and electrical equipments.
- Good teaching staffs: Everyone is so sincere and welcoming and friendly.
Dislikes
- College surroundings: The college is very small and the roads are full of gutters and wastes.
- Poor campus: Its not a very enjoyable campus, not that much trees and so crowded.
- Pacing: Professors are going so fast that its hard to catch and have very little time for semester exam.
Placement Experience:
I don't really know about it but I've heard that this college does have placements from Infosys like companies. The college administration said that placements are based on your CGPA, it's the marks and activity points you achieved during your 4 year academic.

As I am 2015 scheme. the course curriculum was focused on the outdated syllubus, which is very vast but no use in time. So has to take courses from outer sources. And in exam point of veiw the cources doesn't give any

These campuses have a variety of buildings that serve the University community's various needs.
ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
