- 8000 is tution fees here and lots of scholarship like e grants and many other for students and lower caste people getting more scholarship...as a aid ... and it's nice policy mcm is a good scholarship
- The faculty to student ratio is appropriate they provide great support highly skilled faculties good quality mentoring good in interactions and helping in study they reach out to us for any help regarding the syllabus
- Life in gec us best best policy,best pics and best freedom here is best and nice we can think well and well established life here is peace peace fullued with peace no dugs no other misallenious activities in gec
Dislikes
- The ladies hostel in our college is the shittiest ever .
- There is no playground's in my college so we missed a lot of activities there.
- No of students interested in b.tech is getting lower and lower by year

Our campus has 100 percentage placement assistance and over 80 percent of the students get placed in campus placements.Our campus is in one of the top three campuses with highest placement in kerala and offers an average package of about 3 lakhs

Placement Experience:
Compnies starts hiring process in the final year. Many technical and non technical companies will come to the campus.I my year companies like UST global , Aarbees etc had come to the college. Around 50% were placed in my year.

- Our college has a large and spacious ground for students to play whichever games they want.
- Our college has variety of laboratory, where students can improve their skills.
- Our college has a great number of placements which was helpful for us and also conducted many interships.
Dislikes
- We had mental pressure from our faculty, which was a downfall.
Placement Experience:
Our college has many placement opportunities and I had got through to many companies but had no chance of attaining one but my friends got placed and my class has above 75% placement offered. Actually, for computer science, there are more than 50 placement opportunities.

- New semester will start only after all exams of the previous semester is done
- Quality of academic is marvelous and enjoyable

- Attendance is verey strict in 2nd year. students should maintain atleast 60 cent.
Placement Experience:
Last year of the college which is fourth year students can appear for placements . Currently I'm appearing placements. My college provide a minimum package of 6 lakh per annum for the placements and IT companies are most coming for recruitment

The curriculum is good for odd semester and even semester is bad
Even a semester takes 3months to cover the portion I will suggest thus only

- Best hostel facilities they guide the students very well there is a warden who take care of the students very well they always try to help them
Dislikes
- They didn't have much placement selection
- They didn't teach as well they are not trying to understand us
Course Curriculum Overview:
Curriculum is essential for guide teachers in what to do teach how much depth of knowledge is needed for that grade and a timeline to follow so the year will be completed
They are good in teaching and they try to understand us for a better marks

- I really liked the academics, the staff and tutors.
- The college placement is also excptional. The placement cell does a very good job
- The infrastructure, college surroundings, the students behavior is also very good and polite.
Placement Experience:
Students become eligible for placement from end of 7th sem onwards, and offers would come till 8th sem. Oracle, TATA, Apple, Microsoft etc are the companies that have visited the college last year. 50LPA is the largest package got by a student and the average package would be around 3-5 LPA. About 88% of students get their placements from college itself. I plan to work for a couple of years and then i plan to do higher studies.

- college is not in a rural ,its near to the kollam city,only 5km from kollam city.

- campus is small compared to other colleges
- hostel food is not that good compared to other hostels.
Placement Experience:
placements varies according to branches and years
college says that everyone who doesnt have supply will be placed atleast in one company
and yes its right most of the time
placements are provied in the college itself

- Good infrastructure in 200 acre land with wide variety of trees and plants
- Good placement offers from famous companies like l and t, Benz, bmw etc
- Big playground with floodlight along with tennis court and basketball court.
Dislikes
- Political party is a huge negative in our college.
- Around 10 percent of the working days are left due to strike
- Some of the teachers are not that dedicated.
Placement Experience:
This institution provides the best placement offers in Kerala and many students from different colleges come to our college to get placement as our college allowes them to participate in this. The average placement offers is 6 lakh per annum

- College environment is student friendly we can have access to nearest shop even in the college time for our necessity no restriction are put forward by the college
- We can have access to a large number of technical clubs in the college like IEEE and so on
- Good staffs and good canteen facilitiy for students
Dislikes
- Just the parking space is a little bit too crowded
- When expanding the number of students in each branches there is a possibility of spacial adequity
- Most people are not aware of our college outside

From sem 5 there will be classes about recruitment this helps us in further semester.companies that often visit are Adobe
TATA qberst UST global and so on. The highest offered to a student was 7lakhs per annum by TCS and average salary is 5 - 6 lakhs per annum and almost 60% of students from every class gets places . And after my degree I would like to complete MBA

ISRO has given Anna University the task of creating the "Microsatellite" known as ANUSAT.
It is the first university in India to have a satellite that will carry payloads for technological demonstrations. ANUSAT, which weighs about 35 kg and uses 40 W of power, will function as a store and forward communication station. There are ground stations at MIT, AU, and IIT Kharagpur. The total cost of the project is Rs. 5 crores, and a clean room is included. A facility for assembly is established at the MIT Aerospace department. The structure is built at the College of Engineering, Guindy, along with significant power and other electronic subsystems. Software for thermal, control, orbital, ground and payload systems is created by MIT and Anna University departments.
