Likes

Some very good industrial relations were established this year, which could mean significant growth in the mean and median numbers as well as better and larger organizations coming for the campus placements.
The scholarship is available for all the students and every year average placement package gets increased by good value.
Everything related to admissions are awesome, now we have dedicated team to help the shortlisted students to appear for interview o jn cap process.

Dislikes

The infrastructure is not that good and the boy's hostel is outside campus and is around 6 kms from the campus which causes a huge inconvenience.
The taste of mess food provided here in our institute is not so good over here in the mess of our institute.
Most baby iims don't have a strong industrial relationship and counselling board and an experienced placement council, thereby it's the same problem for each of them.

I needed to pursue an MBA to reach the next step in my career, and MBA at IIM Sirmaur with it's various facilities and eminent faculties seemed like the ideal choiche among the options I was offered the campus being extremely aesthetically pleasing was also a plus, I also wanted to get into an IIM for a long time due to the prestige associated with it.

With my CAT score and profile getting any IIM was not easy but at last I finally converted for IIM Sirmaur. Getting a IIM tag is valuable for me. Also the location of college which is in HP Sirmaur is one more factor which made me choose this college.

Remarks:

They had a great international immersion programme. The college is still in its early stages but has great potential. Location was one of the factors. It's always a pride to be associated with a college of national eminence.

IIM SIRMAUR- THE HIMALAYAN IIM

Remarks:

It is a new IIM but with a very good growth rate. Placements of our college is increasing year by year as well as there had a trend of getting more companies than previous year for the final placements as well as for summer internship.
