I got to this University in 2017. Then it's fee is 60k per semester, but it is now increased to 70k. If you are planning to get in this University, then it is mostly for placement nothing else. It doesn't have campus bt it has underground facilities where u can play the game like table tennis, volleyball, billiards, carrom and much.

Apart from other colleges UEM provides routines lab as well as theory classes. They are very strict about the attendance too. But the negative part is the timing of the college. It starts at 9am and ends at 4pm. And the students are not allowed to get in pr out of the college as they wish. I feel this should be removed.

The college starts at 9:20 and ends at 4'o clock. In between this time period you are not allowed to leave the college except emergency case. There is no thing called off period. In every lecture there carries 10 marks for class performance. 75% attendance is mandatory.
But the admission process should upgrade in my opinion.

No negative remarks,
At UEM, jaipur you may see more memories to cherish, qualified teachers, good hostel life and moderate mess food ( to be honest).
Now, regarding placement , Uem Jaipur does conduct on-campus drives for their students. Even if someone could not.

It molds its students into strong leaders, achievers and a good and successful person. There are no cons about the college.

University of Engineering and Management (IEM Newtown): 1 Answered Question
Why am I getting so negative reviews about UEM Kolkata?
Ayan DeyB.Tech Computer Science, University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata (2020)
UEM Kolkata has been the highlight of negative views lately and here are the reasons:
- It is fairly new and hasn’t reached any milestone yet which makes it unreliable according to the standards set in society. People don’t trust newly established private universities.
- The entrance exam of UEM Kolkata is very easy and people pass it without any problem.
- UEM Kolkata is new and therefore has no accomplishments and therefore uses the records of UEM Jaipur which makes parents skeptical.
- The Institute has a very strict environment and therefore comes in the way of students who want to enjoy their college life. These students somehow convince their parents that the Institute is not good for them.
- UEM Kolkata had issues with UGC(University Grants Commission) and is not recognized by the government and therefore it creates doubts about the degree among students.
These are some of the reasons why some students will be skeptical about joining UEM Kolkata. Talk to the students presently studying there as they can only provide you with the exact information. Try visiting the institute beforehand and decide for yourself.
