This is the first batch of the Btech CSE branch but there is a placement cell that has brought companies like TATA, Infosys, WIPRO to the campus. I plan to not join through the campus placement though since I want to join an MNC. The placement cell has seen about 95 to 100 percent placement in most years.
We have received opportunities for Research Internships with and without stipends. The stipend can range from 0 to a couple of thousand rupees. Projects include Optical Character recognition in local languages, CRISIS management system using natural language processing on social media and Hospital Supply Chain Management.
In the third year students are eligible for the campus placements and many good companies have visited such as beatpro, Reliance Tata motors contezy etc. The highest ever package is of 12 lakh per year by reliance. The percentage of students that get placement is around 30 to 40%.
Companies such as photoshooto, contezy have come for internship selection and the stipend given is 3000rs / month Not much companies provide internship but the students get internship on the basis of their merit from the good companies.
From the final year of the course, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Cognizant, Vodafone INC, TCS, Godrej, and many more. For BCA highest package offered was 4 LPA. As of now, it's the really low percentage of students getting hired due to covid situation.
Almost every student gets placed in the on-campus placement! The placement percentage is 90+. Companies like Byjus, Ibm, Virtusa, Wipro, Barclays, Amazon, etc come here every year. The college has tie-ups with many big companies so the placement is almost guaranteed. The average package is 6 lakhs per annum still increasing and highest in 33 lakhs per annum.
Yes, the college provides internships on the basis of merits, Payatu and other companies provide paid internships to students with good marks and interests in extra-curricular activities with a good stipend of more than 25k in starting with job opportunities too. The github projects are there you can find the links linked in.
No idea, because we know there's a placement cell but we've never been there for any interviews. And some internships are usually brought by the faculties and voluntarily distributed to the students.
Placements are very good From second semester you become eligible for placements Companies like Wipro, Mphasis, TechMahindra, Tata, Mahindra are the companies that come for placements After getting the degree I am planning to clear CAT Examination with 90+ percentile so that I get a good college to persue MBA
As I am in the first year I don't know much about an internship but its mostly in your second or final year for which you have to enroll in companies and the college will help you with that

The Faculty seemed very much interested in research and the course had 10 different specializations to choose from at the end of the second year. I am interested in going into research and hence seeing the expertise of the faculty really made me go for the college. Although since we were the first batch of the college I was a little hesitant but still decide to go for it and have a had a really good learning experience and a lot of opportunities to go into research as well.by Sanket Kumar Choudhary
It has a good campus area but the crowd is not that good. Faculty is supportive and many seminars and educational workshops and trips are conducted. The admission process is pretty easy , it's on the basis of merit of 12th. The college has wide options for studying and extra curricular activities are also conducted. DYPIU has also participated in the competitions with symbiosis and other prestigious colleges. This is the link that I referred while looking for this college: https://www.dypiu.ac.in/by Pinkal Deore
GOOD ASPECTS: I loved the syllabus they provide which is different than other universities. They provide specialization in every course in its respective final year. The faculty is quite experienced and most of them have completed their doctorate. BAD ASPECTS: The bad aspect is they don't have their own playground. They hire some sports complexes for annual sports. The faculty gives a lot of assignments. But you have to complete it because it affects your grades as it's a continuous evaluation system. ADMISSION PROCESS AND DATES: The admission process is very clear they don't have any quota, It is purely based on the merit of any entrance examination or you have to appear for the unby Aftab makandar
