Placement Experience :

This is the first batch of the Btech CSE branch but there is a placement cell that has brought companies like TATA, Infosys, WIPRO to the campus. I plan to not join through the campus placement though since I want to join an MNC. The placement cell has seen about 95 to 100 percent placement in most years.

Remarks :

The Faculty seemed very much interested in research and the course had 10 different specializations to choose from at the end of the second year. I am interested in going into research and hence seeing the expertise of the faculty really made me go for the college. Although since we were the first batch of the college I was a little hesitant but still decide to go for it and have a had a really good learning experience and a lot of opportunities to go into research as well.

Placement Experience :

In the third year students are eligible for the campus placements and many good companies have visited such as beatpro, Reliance Tata motors contezy etc. The highest ever package is of 12 lakh per year by reliance. The percentage of students that get placement is around 30 to 40%.

Remarks :

It has a good campus area but the crowd is not that good. Faculty is supportive and many seminars and educational workshops and trips are conducted. The admission process is pretty easy , it's on the basis of merit of 12th. The college has wide options for studying and extra curricular activities are also conducted. DYPIU has also participated in the competitions with symbiosis and other prestigious colleges. This is the link that I referred while looking for this college: https://www.dypiu.ac.in/

Placement Experience :

From the final year of the course, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies such as Cognizant, Vodafone INC, TCS, Godrej, and many more. For BCA highest package offered was 4 LPA. As of now, it's the really low percentage of students getting hired due to covid situation.

Remarks :

GOOD ASPECTS: I loved the syllabus they provide which is different than other universities. They provide specialization in every course in its respective final year. The faculty is quite experienced and most of them have completed their doctorate. BAD ASPECTS: The bad aspect is they don't have their own playground. They hire some sports complexes for annual sports. The faculty gives a lot of assignments. But you have to complete it because it affects your grades as it's a continuous evaluation system. ADMISSION PROCESS AND DATES: The admission process is very clear they don't have any quota, It is purely based on the merit of any entrance examination or you have to appear for the university examination. The admission process starts in June and July month. REASON FOR PREFERRING : Comparing to other universities DYPIU gives you a lot of exposure to the course you will be opting for. They provide you good labs and study material. I found DYPIU on collegedunia.com.

Placement Experience :

Almost every student gets placed in the on-campus placement! The placement percentage is 90+. Companies like Byjus, Ibm, Virtusa, Wipro, Barclays, Amazon, etc come here every year. The college has tie-ups with many big companies so the placement is almost guaranteed. The average package is 6 lakhs per annum still increasing and highest in 33 lakhs per annum.

Remarks :

The main reason for choosing this college is its campus, one of the best in Pune. The next factor is placements which are 90+ out of 120 students every year, especially for Computer Engineering and Information Technology. The highest package is 33 lakhs per annum while the average is 6 lakhs per annum. The faculties are so helpfull and active. Although during the pandemic of covid-19 they are well equipped and conducting the classes online very well! The topper of Savitribai Phule Pune University with the highest sgpa of 10 is Prateek Thakare who belongs to the Computer Engineering branch of our college. If you get to the top the college will waive your fees in form of a cheque to you! The surrounding of the college is also good, you will get everything nearer to college as it is in between the city! If you have a good percentile then this one should be on your choice list as it is on the 3rd best private college in Pune with 1st in infrastructure and campus.

Remarks :

This university is located at a prime location wherein it's very easy if you travel by train, bus, or private vehicle. I basically choose it over Ness Wadia because it was closer to my house Good things include 1 Outstanding faculty 2 Good campus life 3 Anti-ragging committee 4 Affiliated with Pune University 5. Chance to go abroad with scholarship Bad aspect include 1. Average Crowd 2 Annual fees are too much expensive 3. Its does not have that reputation as BMCC or Ness Wadia Reason to prefer this Firstly the campus is osm Faculty includes foreign profs It's easy for every day up down No uniform Autonomous that means admission process is simple It does not have that reputation but its a great college its actually one of the best to go for I got to know about this college from a various website that includes collegedunia Siksha etc

Remarks :

This was the only college which had the cources which i was looking for. Journalism and mass communication is not a type of cources available in all institutes and also if there are any, they are mainly diploma cources and not degree cources.

Placement Experience :

No idea, because we know there's a placement cell but we've never been there for any interviews. And some internships are usually brought by the faculties and voluntarily distributed to the students.

Admission :

You have to give any of the entrance tests like CAT/XAT/MAT. The next step would be the application process, where you have to apply to the college with all of your academic details like graduation marks, class 12 marks, and entrance scores.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is pretty cool and was pretty much updated. Our curriculum is carefully curated in order to impart knowledge catering to the Agriculture business. The curriculum is able to provide a holistic view of the entire agri-business.
