This is the main and historic campus located in the Clinton Hill area of Brooklyn spread over 25-acres of land. Since this is one of the historic places, it is bordered by numerous brownstones and mansions that date back to the 19th century. This campus consists of the schools of art and design, architecture, and liberal arts and sciences.
This campus has a landmark building I.e. the Romanesque Revival building spread over 80,000 square feet of land located in the Chelsea district of Manhattan city. This building serves as the campus. This campus offers associate degree programs, and graduate programs in Arts and Cultural Management, Design Management, Facilities Management, and Real Estate Practice.
The third campus is located in Utica which is four hours away from New York City. This campus is spread over 11-acres consisting of the College of Art and Design. This campus has a mix of historic and contemporary architecture, featuring the renowned MWPAI Museum of Art.
Pratt Institute has six residence halls and 26 Townhouses. Around 1900 students live on campus availing the various benefits of residence life. Students are allowed to live either on-campus or off-campus as per their preferences and finances. The various residence halls are divided into north campus and south campus.
North campus halls include Willoughby Hall and Grand Avenue Residence. These north-campus halls reside in most of the upper-class students and graduate students.

Students are automatically considered for merit-based scholarship based on their academic results and other details provided in the application form and thus are not required to submit an additional application for the same. International students are not considered for need-based aid. International students can also avail of student loan options to finance their studies at Pratt Institute.
Students are allowed to work on campus while being enrolled for a course at Pratt Institute as per their status of immigration so that they don’t violate any rules. In general, international students are not allowed to work for more than 20 hours per week during the term when their classes are going on but for an unlimited period during vacations. Students need to consult the Office of International Affairs; in case they want to earn while studying either on-campus or off-campus opportunities.
