St Xavier University admission has rolling deadlines in May and October for International Students, the deadlines for Domestic students are in November and March respectively. In the Fall intake of 2018, a total of 7917 applied from which 3,667 undergraduate and 712 graduate students enrolled in St Xavier University, out of which the total percentage of students admitted were 37% males and 63% females. St Xavier University accepts international students who apply in time and have the prescribed TOEFL/IELTS scores and a minimum GPA of 2.0-3.5 on 4.0 scale depending on the degree, for instance, for an Honours degree requires a 3.5 high school GPA. International students must apply online and email or courier their transcripts to the Office of Admissions of St Xavier University. The application portals and deadlines are the same for domestic and international students due to the rolling admissions format, although separate application portals are available for Graduate Nursing and Educator programs. Students who wish to join St Xavier University must have an F1 student visa to study in the US. International students will be able to work on-campus for 20 hours a week. Only admitted students who have paid the 100 USD tuition deposit will be eligible to receive the F1 visa. Those who are transferring to St Xavier University must fill the SEVIS Transfer Form after deposition of tuition deposit.
The visa application must be made at a consulate or embassy of the United States in the home country of a student, after admission has been confirmed by the university. Before going to make an application, students must pay the SEVIS fee, which will be about 200 USD to 350 USD, for the F1 visa. Students must then fill and submit the I-20 form to access the visa. The Computer Science program has a joint Bachelor's+Master's facility which is of a five years duration. It is a highly employable field. An accelerated program of 18 months is available as well where the MACS program must be completed within the time allotted. In the fifth year, students are required to take eight courses of graduate program to receive a Master's degree.

One of the most popular graduate programs at the St Xavier University are the MBA, MACS-MBA Dual Degree and MSN-MBA Dual Degree programs.
Students will have to apply for the MACS program first through Graduate Online Application Portal, before enrolling for the MBA one after a year. A total of 36 credit hours of Master of Applied Computer Science Core must be completed for application to the MBA one. Students should have a bachelor's degree in business to avoid addition of six MBA foundation modules. Students with a Computer Science degree can apply too.
Another popular program is the MBA Online program with 6 concentrations in Accounting, Management, Digital Marketing, Financial Fraud, Healthcare Management, Forensic and Investigative Accounting etc. This is a flexible 8-week program offered by SXU's Graham School of Management which can be extended to 5 years as well. Students can make an application here. The GMAT score required for Eligibility is calculated by multiplying the cumulative GPA by 200, plus the GMAT score which should be 950 at least. The GRE score needed is 300.

Students must keep in mind that St Xavier University has a rolling admissions policy and students can apply for the Fall and Spring semesters by May 1 2020 or October 1 2020 respectively.
International undergraduate applicants are advised to make an application through the St Xavier University Freshmen Online Application Portal or the Common App; likewise, graduate aspirants except the Nursing and Education ones should use the Graduate Online Application Portal to make an application. No financial aid is available for Graduate students. The admission decision will be revealed within 3-4 weeks of the submission of application.

International students cannot be admitted into a graduate program that finishes before the completion of a degree, like the Business Certificate Programs.
