Umbc International Admissions

Financial Aid for International Students

  • The International Students are provided with merit-based scholarships depending upon their choice of program and course and eligibility. The scholarships range from 1,000-12,000 USD.
  • The scholarships are provided depending on the level of Applicant- Undergraduate, Graduate applicants receiving academic stipend ranging from 12,000 to 25,000 USD and other scholarships ranging from 5,000 to 22,000 USD each year.

Visa Process for International Students

International students can apply for the F-1 study visa after getting admission at University of Maryland, Baltimore. They immediately receive the I-20 form[19] upon admission. Any query regarding the I-20 form can be directed towards the UMBC IES center.
