GLA University Mathura's four-year regular BTech CSE academic fee totals ₹8.80 lakh in the 2026–27 year-wise schedule. Regular MBA is ₹5 lakh for two years. Three-year regular BBA, BCom and BCA each total ₹3.60 lakh in academic fees. Examination charges, caution money, alumni fees, hostel and mess are additional.

The university gives different amounts for Mathura and Greater Noida. The figures below relate to Mathura campus. Fees can be revised under the university's terms. Students paying semester-wise also pay an extra ₹1,500 per semester, while hostel accommodation covers the regular ten-month academic session.

MTech academic fees are ₹1.77 lakh in the first year and ₹1.78 lakh in the second, or ₹3.55 lakh in total for the listed branches. GATE-qualified and other eligible MTech students may receive separate scholarship support under the conditions explained below.

BBA, BCA, Commerce and Law Fees

Three-Year and Four-Year UG Options

Regular BBA, BCom, BCA and the BCA Digital Marketing option share the year-wise amounts shown below. Continuing into the fourth honours or research year adds ₹1.30 lakh to the three-year academic total. Specialised analytics courses have higher annual fees.

Diploma Engineering lateral entry ₹67,000, ₹68,000 ₹1.35 lakh

The lower annual science and arts fees do not include examination charges or the refundable deposit. GLA uses a ₹5,000 caution deposit for several of these programmes, while other degrees have a ₹10,000 deposit. This changes the first-year payment even where two courses have the same annual academic fee.

MBA and Other Postgraduate Fees

MBA Course Comparisons

Regular MBA academic fees are ₹2.45 lakh in the first year and ₹2.55 lakh in the second. MBA (Hons) is ₹90,000 higher over two years. The specialised Business Analytics and Logistics and Supply Chain Management programmes have the same two-year academic total in the current Mathura schedule.

MBA Course Comparisons
MBA option First year Second year Two-year academic total

MCA, MSc, MCom and Research Fees

MCA totals ₹3.11 lakh across ₹1.53 lakh and ₹1.58 lakh. MCA AI and ML is ₹3.40 lakh, made up of ₹1.65 lakh and ₹1.75 lakh. MPharm has the same ₹1.77 lakh and ₹1.78 lakh annual academic amounts as the listed MTech programmes.

MSc Biotechnology and Microbiology and Immunology each total ₹2.55 lakh. MSc Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics each total ₹1.09 lakh, while MSc Agriculture totals ₹1.70 lakh. MA English is ₹99,000 for two years and MCom is ₹53,000. The year-wise amounts are available in the GLA fee structure.

The PhD schedule gives ₹1 lakh per year for Law, Management, Pharmacy and Biotechnology, and ₹80,000 for other listed disciplines. Research duration and applicable continuation payments depend on the PhD rules; a three-year fee illustration does not establish that every scholar will complete the degree within three years.

Additional Charges and Instalments

GLA charges ₹7,000 per academic year for examinations and ₹1,000 once for the alumni association. Caution money is paid in the first year and is refundable after successful completion under the university's conditions. It is ₹10,000 for courses outside the specified ₹5,000-deposit group.

For regular CSE, the first-year academic amount plus examination, caution money and alumni fee is ₹2.26 lakh: ₹2.08 lakh + ₹7,000 + ₹10,000 + ₹1,000. Semester-wise payment adds ₹1,500 per semester. Two instalments therefore add ₹3,000 over the year compared with the annual academic amount.

The university requires the second academic instalment by 20 December under its stated notice. Students choosing instalments should keep this date separate from hostel booking. Hostel fees for the following year are payable by February for advance booking, subject to availability.

GLA University Hostel and Mess Fees

Room Options and First-Year Payment

Hostel fees cover ten months. First-year triple-sharing accommodation is ₹71,000 for boys and girls. The girls' first-year double-sharing option is ₹78,000, while the boys' single room is ₹83,000. AC options are more expensive and have limited seats.

Room Options and First-Year Payment
First-year room Girls Boys
Triple sharing, non-AC ₹71,000 ₹71,000
Double sharing, non-AC ₹78,000 Not listed for first year
Single room, non-AC Not listed ₹83,000
Triple sharing, AC ₹91,000 ₹91,000
Double sharing, AC ₹1,03,000 Not listed
Single room, AC Not listed ₹1,13,000

Mess is ₹40,000 in advance, with charges based on actual expenses. Hostel security is another ₹5,000 in the first year, refundable on vacating after successful course completion under the rules. A first-year non-AC triple-sharing student therefore pays ₹1.16 lakh for room, mess advance and hostel security.

Adding that residential amount to the ₹2.26 lakh first-year CSE academic combination gives ₹3.42 lakh before instalment surcharges or optional services. Later-year room fees vary by year and room type, so the first-year residential payment is not a fixed annual amount for the full degree.

Transport for Day Scholars

Annual bus fees in the current schedule range from ₹24,000 for Vrindavan to ₹35,000 for Hodel. Mathura city is ₹26,000, Kosi Kalan and Township areas ₹28,000, Mant ₹30,000, and Baldev, Raya and Goverdhan ₹32,000. Transport charges can be revised each year.
