Subharti University BTech CSE and IT fees total ₹4,76,500 for 2026–27 entrants. This includes ₹98,000 for the first year, ₹1.11 lakh in each later year, ₹40,500 in one-time charges and ₹5,000 caution money. ECE, EEE, Mechanical and Civil total ₹3,28,800. Three-year BCA totals ₹1,85,300. Hostel and mess are extra.

The CSE and IT annual course fee increases by ₹13,000 after the first year. The same increase applies to the named core branches, from ₹67,000 to ₹80,000. Aerospace keeps the same ₹1.35 lakh annual rate across all four years.

The overall difference between Aerospace and CSE/IT is ₹85,300. Their one-time charges also differ, so comparing annual course fees alone would not give the difference in the complete programme totals. The amounts above include the separately stated joining charges and refundable caution money.

BTech Fee Breakup

Tuition, one-time charges and caution money

Tuition, one-time charges and caution money
Component CSE / IT Selected core branches Aerospace
First-year course fee ₹98,000 ₹67,000 ₹1,35,000
Course fees for years 2–4 combined ₹3,33,000 ₹2,40,000 ₹4,05,000

Caution money ₹5,000 ₹5,000 ₹5,000
Programme total ₹4,76,500 ₹3,28,800 ₹5,61,800

The ₹40,500 CSE and IT one-time charge is collected in the first semester. The corresponding charge for the core branches and Aerospace is ₹16,800. Caution money is ₹5,000 in each case and is refundable under the university’s rules.

Caution money forms part of the initial payment but is refundable under the university's rules. It should remain separately identified in the student's fee record. Any refund depends on the applicable conditions and adjustment of dues.

BCA and BSc Fees

Three-year degrees and four-year honours options

Three-year degrees and four-year honours options
Programme Duration Total programme fee
BCA 3 years ₹1,85,300
BCA Honours 4 years ₹2,41,300
BSc Computer Science / IT 3 years ₹88,300
BSc Computer Science / IT Honours 4 years ₹1,12,800
BSc Mathematics / Physics 3 years ₹85,800
BSc Mathematics / Physics Honours 4 years ₹1,10,300

BCA’s annual course fee is ₹56,000, paid as ₹33,500 in the odd semester and ₹22,500 in the even semester. It also has ₹14,300 one-time charges and ₹3,000 caution money.

Three annual payments of ₹56,000 plus ₹17,300 in joining charges give ₹1,85,300. The four-year honours option totals ₹2,41,300.

The extra honours year changes the total without repeating the original joining charges. For BCA, adding one more ₹56,000 annual payment to the three-year total gives ₹2,41,300. The difference between the three-year and four-year options is therefore exactly ₹56,000.

For BSc Computer Science and IT, the honours total is ₹24,500 above the three-year total. The same ₹24,500 difference applies to Mathematics and Physics. These comparisons use the programme totals in the 2026–27 schedule.

Lateral Entry and MTech Fees

Fees after diploma or undergraduate study

Fees after diploma or undergraduate study
Programme Total programme fee
BTech CSE / IT lateral entry ₹3,78,500
BTech ECE / EEE / Mechanical / Civil lateral entry ₹2,58,800
MTech CS, Cyber Security and engineering branches ₹1,83,800

MTech has ₹77,500 course fees in the first year and ₹85,000 in the second. Adding ₹16,300 one-time charges and ₹5,000 caution money gives ₹1,83,800.

Lateral-entry CSE and IT total ₹3,78,500, which is ₹98,000 below the regular four-year total. The corresponding lateral-entry total for the named core branches is ₹2,58,800. These amounts apply to the lateral-entry programmes rather than a fresh first-year admission.

Subharti Pharmacy Fees 2026–27

BPharm, PharmD and MPharm

The university publishes separate fees for pharmacy qualifications and admission categories. The following amounts are from the SNET or merit rows of the official course schedule. They include the named one-time and caution charges in the programme total.

BPharm, PharmD and MPharm
Programme Course payments One-time charges Caution money Programme total
BPharm ₹1,40,000 in year 1; ₹1,45,000 in each of years 2–4 ₹17,000 ₹10,000 ₹6,02,000
BPharm lateral entry ₹1,40,000 in the entry year; ₹1,45,000 in each of the next two years ₹17,000 ₹10,000 ₹4,57,000
PharmD ₹1,30,000 in year 1; ₹1,40,000 in each of years 2–6 ₹12,000 ₹10,000 ₹8,52,000
PharmD Post Baccalaureate ₹1,50,000 per year for three years ₹12,000 ₹10,000 ₹4,72,000
MPharm ₹1,15,000 per year for two years ₹12,000 ₹10,000 ₹2,52,000

The pharmacy degrees have different durations, which explains part of the difference in their totals. PharmD's six-year course payments add to ₹8.30 lakh before the ₹22,000 in joining components. The three-year Post Baccalaureate course has a different entry option and should not be treated as the same programme at a discounted fee.

MPharm's annual course payment is split into ₹70,000 in the odd semester and ₹45,000 in the even semester. The two instalments are unequal even though the annual total stays at ₹1.15 lakh. The fee demand should therefore be followed semester by semester, rather than dividing the annual figure into two equal payments.

Management-category pharmacy fees

The separate management-category BPharm row totals ₹6.22 lakh. Its first-year course payment is ₹1.60 lakh, compared with ₹1.40 lakh under the SNET or merit row; later annual payments remain ₹1.45 lakh in the listed schedule. The difference in the full programme amount is ₹20,000.

The document also lists DPharm at ₹2.12 lakh under SNET or merit and ₹2.32 lakh under the management provision. These are category-specific totals. The fee quoted in an offer should be matched to the admission category rather than choosing the lower row without the relevant approval.

Subharti Management and Commerce Fees

BBA and BCom course options

BBA and BCom course options
Programme option Published programme total
BBA, three-year stage ₹1,11,800
BBA, four-year honours with research ₹1,44,800
BBA Aviation and Airport Management ₹3,61,800
BCom under the four-year framework, three-year stage ₹83,300
BCom under the four-year framework, four-year option ₹1,08,300
Separately listed BCom Honours ₹1,01,300
MCom ₹67,300

The general BBA schedule has ₹32,000 in first-year course payments and ₹33,000 in each later year, plus ₹11,800 in one-time charges and ₹2,000 caution money. Continuing into the fourth year adds another ₹33,000; the original joining charges are not repeated in the published total.

The general BCom framework has ₹24,000 in the first year and ₹25,000 in subsequent years, with ₹7,300 one-time charges and ₹2,000 caution money. The separately named BCom Honours row carries a different total and should not be confused with the fourth-year option. The distinction is visible in both the course name and fee schedule.

MBA fee components

The general MBA totals ₹2,51,800. Its course payments are ₹1,28,000 in the first year and ₹1,05,000 in the second, with ₹13,800 in one-time charges and ₹5,000 caution money. The first year is therefore more expensive than the second even before the joining components are considered.

The valuation-related MBA options total ₹2,73,800. Their course payments are ₹1,27,000 and ₹1,28,000 in the two years, with the same ₹18,800 in joining components. The difference from the general MBA is ₹22,000 across the programme. Both amounts exclude hostel and mess.

Hostel and Admission Payments

The 2026–27 fee schedule gives course charges separately from hostel and mess. Residential students receive a separate accommodation payment.

The admission demand gives the first course instalment and joining charges. Later payments follow the year-wise schedule. Any approved scholarship is credited to the fee component covered by the award.

Subharti Hospital Administration Fees

The two-year Master of Hospital Administration has an annual course fee of ₹1,27,500 in the 2026–27 schedule. It also has ₹15,500 in one-time charges and ₹5,000 caution money. The programme total is ₹2,75,500.

Subharti Hospital Administration Fees
Component Amount
Two annual course fees: ₹1,27,500 × 2 ₹2,55,000
One-time charges ₹15,500
Refundable caution money ₹5,000
Total programme fee ₹2,75,500

The total includes the caution deposit but excludes hostel and mess. The first-year payment includes the applicable joining charges, while later payments follow the course fee demand.

Subharti Fees FAQs

Does the programme total include accommodation?

No. The academic totals include the components specified in the course schedule, while hostel and mess are billed separately. A residential student needs the accommodation demand to estimate the complete payment.

Is the caution payment charged every year?

The totals shown treat the stated caution amount as a separate joining component. It is not multiplied by the course duration. Refund or adjustment follows the university's conditions after dues are settled.

Can a scholarship be deducted before approval?

The fee account should reflect the concession actually approved for the student. A scholarship's amount, covered component and continuation conditions need confirmation before it is used to reduce the budget for later years.
