Undergraduate tuition starts at CAD 15,476.78 (INR 10.51 lakh) for many diplomas and CAD 16,933.20 (INR 11.50 lakh) for degrees. The Supply Chain Management - Global programme at Kitchener-Doon costs CAD 16,808.58 (INR 11.41 lakh) in tuition, or CAD 20,694.50 (INR 14.05 lakh) including college fees for two terms.

  • Shared accommodation: CAD 750 (INR 50,932) per month.
  • One-bedroom apartment: CAD 1,425 (INR 96,772) per month.

  • Fee year: The 2026 - 27 fee schedule applies until Conestoga publishes its 2027 - 28 rates.

Housing is the biggest factor affecting the overall cost of studying in Kitchener-Waterloo. Shared accommodation is a practical starting point, as landlords may ask for the first and last month’s rent upfront. The January 2027 intake is open for several programmes at Kitchener-Doon and Waterloo, but students should check their chosen course page for availability. Canada’s study permit proof-of-funds requirement is separate from Conestoga’s estimated living costs.

January 2027 Intake:

Intake: January 2027 is still listed as open for several Conestoga graduate certificates. May 2027 is the next intake for many of the same Kitchener-Doon routes. Apply only if the study permit file can move within 3 to 8 weeks.

When to pay: The international tuition deposit is CAD 2,500 (INR 1.70 Lakhs). The central Winter 2027 deposit date was 9 October 2026, while new Level 1 international students must follow the Letter of Acceptance deadline.

Scholarships: Winter 2027 general awards open 21 December 2026 and close 29 January 2027. J N Tata’s next overseas loan scholarship cycle is expected after its 2026 window.

Note: Currency used: 1 Canadian dollar (CAD) = 67.91 Indian rupees (INR), as of 12 October 2026.

Conestoga College Kitchener Tuition Fees by Programme

Conestoga College calculates tuition for most January 2027 programmes using a two-term fee structure. Additional charges vary by programme, so the total college fees may be higher than the tuition alone.

Postgraduate Fees: January and May 2027

Conestoga College graduate certificates generally cost CAD 16,808.58 (INR 11.41 lakh) in tuition for two terms. For two-year programmes, the same fee is applied again at current rates to estimate the full-course tuition.

Programme Duration Published tuition (CAD and INR)
Financial Technology 1 year, 2 academic terms CAD 16,808.58 (INR 11.41 Lakhs)
Information Technology Project Management 1 year, 2 academic terms CAD 16,808.58 (INR 11.41 Lakhs)
Supply Chain Management - Global 1 year, 2 academic terms CAD 16,808.58 (INR 11.41 Lakhs)

Enhanced Practice for Internationally Educated Nurses 2 years CAD 16,808.58 (INR 11.41 Lakhs)
  • Supply Chain Management - Global has CAD 3,885.92 (INR 2.64 Lakhs) ancillary fees in the January 2027 block.
  • Enhanced Practice for Internationally Educated Nurses doubles the tuition exposure because the programme length is 2 years.
  • Cybersecurity and Human Resources add an optional co-op term, so check the co-op fee before accepting that option.
  • Waterloo campus programmes still affect the Kitchener budget because housing is often searched across Kitchener-Waterloo.

Conestoga Undergraduate Fees: January and September 2027

Conestoga College’s undergraduate tuition starts at CAD 15,476.78 (INR 10.51 lakh) for many diploma programmes. Bachelor’s degree tuition is higher at CAD 16,933.20 (INR 11.50 lakh) for the published two-term study period.

Programme Duration Published tuition (CAD and INR)
Bachelor of Computer Science 3 years CAD 16,933.20 (INR 11.50 Lakhs)
Bachelor of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (Honours) 4 years CAD 16,933.20 (INR 11.50 Lakhs)

Computer Programming 2 years CAD 15,476.78 (INR 10.51 Lakhs)

  • Bachelor routes have similar two-term tuition, but longer duration raises the total tuition exposure.
  • Computer Programming has January and May 2027 accelerated delivery listed at Waterloo.
  • The BBA route is September 2027 on the official page, not January 2027.
  • Diploma routes can be cheaper yearly than degrees, but co-op or materials may change total fees.

Note: Conestoga’s fee structure separates tuition from ancillary fees. The Supply Chain Management - Global January 2027 total is CAD 20,694.50 (INR 14.05 Lakhs), not just tuition.

Methods of payment:

  • Flywire through the Student Portal is Conestoga’s named payment route.

  • Online banking can avoid card convenience fees.
  • Bank wires need 3 to 5 business days before the deadline.
  • Education-loan disbursement should reference the student number.
  • A forex card or named provider can reduce 2-3% spread versus a raw wire.

Steps to pay the tuition fee for international students:

  1. Accept the offer and read the Letter of Acceptance deadline.
  2. Pay CAD 2,500 (INR 1.70 Lakhs) as the tuition deposit.

Fee Saving Strategies for Indian Students

The largest January 2027 saving is housing choice, not tuition negotiation. Shared housing can save about CAD 8,400 (INR 5.70 Lakhs) over one year versus a one-bedroom budget.

  • Choose shared housing first if the campus commute remains workable.
  • Use Conestoga’s award window before 29 January 2027.
  • Pick a two-year route only when the longer Post-Graduation Work Permit outcome justifies tuition.
  • Claim Section 80E interest deduction in India if an education loan funds the fees.
  • Use part-time income only for groceries or transport, not tuition.
  • Post-Graduation Work Permit length depends on programme duration and eligibility, up to 3 years.
  • Use the college payment processor or forex card to reduce transfer friction.

An INR 40 Lakhs loan needs an EMI near INR 54,000 monthly. The EMI should be tested before choosing a one-bedroom lease.

Tip for Indian Students: For January 2027, shared housing is the highest-value saving lever. It can cut about INR 5.70 Lakhs from the first-year budget.

  • As far as Well, as the My batch-mates  were already experienced, and they already had their their educational experiences as well as their professional experiences in their own domain and in my class around 70% for Indians only and 10% were like Philippines and the mixed ones and other 10% or a 15% for Canadians.
  • Total number of students in my class were around 30 and we were having two batches for the same program and 30 to 32 students per class The timings were quite good in the second semester in the first semester evening classes for the airport in the second semester they were only like the morning classes as well as we have to go to the college for just two days or next three days.
  • The teaching style here is so good that you will not feel any burden because you don’t have to learn. You just have to practically implement whatever they teach you so for me the level of education was really good, that was to the point short crisp and not just to learn and learn and learn.

Fees

  • $9000 was my fees which was a semester-wise fees and it included all miscellaneous fees , auxiliary fees , transportation charges , student card , health insurance card and many more.
  • It also included the frosh kit fees around $70 which we can remove as per our choice and moreover we had e-books and physical books fees too which was included in this only.

It was a very basic program for someone who aspires to become a restaurant owner or manager. It would help kick-start your career in the industry. You learn a lot of things about handling food and customers too

The course I am studying is way updated comparing to my studies back home country . But the slides and pdfs professor takes to teach us are old. They represent 2019 some 2018. So there is accelerated program so I guess this is how its taught.

Fees

Its $36,000 cad. But it will soon increase because of the cap on students. So I request everyone to plan accordingly.
