  • High school transcripts.
  • Course by course report.
  • Official transcripts must be notarized or stamped by the secondary institution of the applicant to be certified as an acceptable copy of results. (Transcripts not originally in English should be translated in English).
  • English proficiency test scores.
  • Supporting documents including authorised financial statements, proof of financial support, a copy of passport, among others.

NOTE: Applicants applying for nursing programs must also submit the proof of the Casper Qualifying test.

Admission Process

Application process for seeking enrollment into various courses available for international students of the college aspiring to study in Canada has been compiled in a step-by-step detailed manner as follows.

  • Complete an online application at the official website by choosing a program of choice and confirming its availability.

The college requires that its international applicants demonstrate English language proficiency as English is the primary medium of instruction at the institute. This an be met by submitting any one of the following test scores:

Note: The college accepts only official IELTS scores from Indian applicants and no TOEFL/PTE/CAEL scores shall be considered.

Visa Application Process

International aspirants enrolled in a course of duration longer than 6 months need to acquire a study permit and visa to study in Canada. The entire process can last a minimum of 4 to 8 weeks and thus candidates are advised to apply at the earliest possible opportunity by consulting the nearest Canadian Embassy.

The following steps must be followed for procuring a permit to study in Canada.

  • After you receive your letter of acceptance, apply for and receive a study permit from the IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada) and also obtain a work permit if the selected program specifies.
  • Students are advised by the institute to contact a VAC (Visa Application Centre) of choice to assist in the visa application. Note that VACs charge a fee for the processing of documents but ensure the safe delivery of applicant’s passport, application and biometric information to the Government of Canada.
  • Apply for the permit with the required list of documents including offer letter, valid passport, application fee, evidence of sufficient funds, medical examination, biometrics, among others.
  • Aspirants can also apply for a temporary visa permit by observing the similar criteria.

Legal residents of countries like China, India, Morocco, Pakistan, the Philippines, Senegal, or Vietnam, can also apply via Student Direct Stream (SDS) for processing their permits faster, only if they meet the required specifications.

To qualify for SDS, following documents are considered mandatory and must be submitted at the time of procuring permit.

  1. Copy of acceptance letter.
  2. Proof of first year paid tuition fee and Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) for 7,500 USD.
  3. Medical exam and qualifying language test score (English – IELTS score of 6.0 or more in each skill ).
