MBBS: Admission will be granted on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test UG (NEET-UG) followed by a round of counseling conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA).
Allied Health Sciences: Admission will be done on the basis of an entrance exam conducted by the institute followed by an interview.
Interview: The interview will be conducted a day after the entrance examination.
Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing: Admission will be granted on the basis of merit. Selected candidates must appear for the interview.

St. John’s Medical College offers MD and MS degree program with 22 specializations. The institute additionally offers M.Sc. programs in the fields of MLT Biochemistry, MLT Hematology & Transfusion Medicine and MLT Microbiology & Immunology.
The basic eligibility criteria for admission to the MD and MS programs is an MBBS degree. For admission to M.Sc. programs, candidates must have a B.Sc. degree in Medical Lab Technology with 50% marks. MD and MS candidates are selected on the basis of PGET marks. M.Sc. candidates must qualify the St. John’s Entrance Exam.
