There are around 20 teaching and 6-7 non teaching staff in my branch they are well qualified and experienced but due to some senior pressure they face difficulty in innovative way of teaching and participation in competitions. Avg age is around 40 years of age, all the lectures have their pg and some have done PhD in certain area of the subject.
Faculty is very experienced and good. All the faculty explain concepts clearly and clear doubts of the students. EValuation is something that needs to be taken care of here. Staff is friendly as such. Helps in placement preparation etc. And in personality development of students
We had 6-7 faculty. 3-4 senior faculty were PhD(45), rest average age of faculty are mid between 30-35. Mid age faculty are some times fresher's with 2 years experience in teaching, but still they were trying to give 100percent in providing the notes to get prepared for exam.
They are the best lecture we have ever got. They try there best to make us understand and they solve our problems and makes us to understand the concepts. Our college lectures are available at all time they are ready to solve our problems at any time.
May be neat 100 lecturers are there of all branches included, average age is 35-45,experienced lectures are there but few. It's like chewing a chewed game not in only our college in this education system all it like that only we can't do anything until and unless change is coming.
Each course in a subject gets 55 hours of teaching in 4 months. Although the lectures have phd's, it doesn't really matter if they can't convey the concepts clearly. Most of the faculty find adopting new technology and new methods of teaching difficult, which puts more pressure on the students.
Around 250 lectures from all branches with average age of around 34 most of them had dobe ME and having relevant experience in specific industry most of them are well experienced.in each branch there will be a 10 to 15 senior faculty is under them some junior faculty is also there to teach the students.
