Placement is pretty average in my branch like about 40 to 50 people get placed out of 120, some internships are being carried in college itself since i am in the 4 th sem i have less idea about this.
No interships. Students can perform on their own. The project at final year has to build in lab with out consultancy. Campus is good in the college. Nearly 100 members get placee in many of IT companies.
Yes, college campus interview is there, you can attend interviews and crack and get jobs but average package is 3lakh don't expect average high.
TCS, Mphasis etc. and more than 20 IT and non-IT companies are visited to campus every year and more then 300 students are got placed in various companies. 1male and 1female candidates are got place in our class.

Placement Process: » Eligibility : • General eligibility criterion for most companies is 60% aggregate, i.e., your average percentage score in all semesters. However, some companies like Microsoft demand a 70% aggregate. So it is advisable to score at least above 60% right from the first semester and above 70% if you have great ambitions. • Another important criterion is that you should have no back logs, although a few companies may allow up to two. A handful of companies do not tolerate any back logs at all. So in short, avoid Back Logs. » The Process : • Campus placements are provided in almost all engineering colleges of Karnataka. However, the percentage of students placed and the number of companies offering jobs may vary from college to college. Generally, in all colleges, the average offer is around 3.3 lakh/annum for most IT companies. • Below is the whole placement procedure in general for all colleges. The four main sections of a placement: 1.Introduction of the company. 2.Aptitude test. 3.Group Discussion (applicable for a few companies). 4.Interview (Technical + HR).
• A comprehensive training programme on Aptitude Related Placement Assessments is conducted for pre-final B.E students and pre-final MCA students every year by Prof. Tharappan, Director, AIM INSIGHTS, Mangalore. • The programme mainly focuses on solving general and technical aptitude tests based on company's requirement. » Campus Placement Aptitude Cracker. • Conducting Mock/Simulated exercises on continuous basis for Pre-final students in Aptitude, Technical Skills and HR interviews and TCS Specific Aptitude Cracker by FACE, Coimbatore.
Placements is zero exceot cs and is as well ec none of the branches students are going to be placed in any companies. The only option is change your core and get into IT Mind tree will take aroind 3 students from ec or cs or is and tcs its like the one which will take students like a heard around 100 students from all the branches are goin to be placed in tcs and all.of them will not get offer letter you have to clear some test to get offer letter so placement is absolute zero and one biotech cmpany that too which was in hubli named assel technology came and took around 4 students with 10k per month salary and i heard they are making them work on excel so its useless

Many reputed national and multinational companies visit our institute for campus recruitment annually because of our high quality research, excellent facilities and talented students. On an average, 75 to 80% of eligible students were placed in last 3 years. The college has established good understanding with top companies like TCS, Mind Tree, Accenture, Infosys, IBM, L & T, JSW, Triveni Turbines Ltd. and others. Placement cell also organizes industrial training sessions for the placed students just before they join the respective industry.
College does provied internship. But when u comes to final year we have do internship in some compines outside.
This year almost 20 companies came for placement of final year students and most of them were recruited successfully. Many start-ups also have come for recruitment. Every year there will alumini meet for all the students by thier branches and this has helped many students knowing what qualities company looking in student and how good one can prepare for it.
There are companies that visit the college regularly for placements. College does not provide internships as such
