Various different companies come to our college for campus placements that generally starts from the 7th semester. Reasonable packages are offered to students along with the job. Around 50% of students get placed safely in the campus placements and the rest are helped by the faculties to get a job on their own.

4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Many companies visit our college like Infosys, Himadri Chemicals, Exide batteries etc. 90% of students getting placements from our college. My plan after getting the degree is to get placement from our college and to do higher studies in polymer science.

From the 7th semester, students must become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like Amazon, IT company, Himadri chemicals etc was visited in our college campusing. I am pursuing in BTech in Chemical engineering so I have no idea of the average and highest package of any company. But listening to seniors who already got a job in the company, a package of the company is near 15,000 per month. 45% of students getting placements of college campusing. My plans after getting the degree I joined any company to job.

From the 7th semester onwards students are usually eligible for campus placements. Some of the well known companies that have visited our college include- Infosys, IBM, Berger Paints etc. From previous year records it is seen that the higest package received is more than 10Lpa and the lowest package received is about 1.5Lpa. Every year almost 80% of students are placed from the college itself. Rest 15% get offers from off campus drives and the remaining 5% tend to go for higher studies. I am primarily focused on getting a job after completion of my degree to gather some real world experiences.

The placement cell at the CIT is very helpful. There are trying there based for the students to bring as many companies as possible. The highest package 5 lacs which was hired by Himadri chemicals and the students were from the engineering field. The average salary is about 3-4 lacs per annum. It is a very easy process and comforting.

The quality of placement in this college is very good with an average of 98% placements every year. And the basic salary starts with 5 lakh yearly. Companies like Linde, Berger Paints, Haldia Petrochemicals, MCPI, and many reputed ones come here in our Chemical Engineering department. Also, several IT companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc recruit students from this college.

Students get placement form the begining of 3rd year. Many reputed pvt. companies visits our college every year to hire engineers. They offer a good package for beginers. Almost 90% students get placed in the begining of 3rd year.

The placement of this college is outstanding. Many reputed companies like EXIDE, VIDEOCON, AMAZON, etc. hire engineers from our college. Each year 8-10 companies visit our college. On average diploma engineer gets a package of 15k/- - 20k/-(per month), depending upon the company. Almost 95% of students get placed before the 5th semester. I will opt for higher studies(B.Tech) from this college.

I was a student of Diploma Electrical Engineering course and my passing year is 2021. In our college from the 5th semester, students are become eligible for campus placements. Almost 60 percent of the students have placement offer in the course. Almost every student got an internship from the course in Indian Railways, WBSEDCL ,CESC and etc. Field working is the top role of our course.
