I will rate 8 out of 10 to my course. The college have various facilities related to my course they have well maintained labs and provide proper facilities. College also have special PLC lab sponsored by Mitsubishi Electric.

Well, let me tell you about the placements at my college. They were pretty great! Many reputable companies visited our campus, offering a wide range of job opportunities to students. The college had a dedicated placement cell that helped students with resume building, interview preparation, and connecting with potential employers. It was reassuring to know that there were ample job prospects after completing the course. However, if campus placements aren't offered at a college, there are still plenty of options for employability. Students can explore internships, job fairs, networking events, and online job portals to find employment opportunities. Building a strong professional network and gaining relevant work experience through internships can greatly enhance employability. Additionally, students can consider higher studies or entrepreneurship as alternate paths after completing the course. the faculty is very good and they are very active towards their work and the techer are very good of our collage and they always help us when we want their is need of any improvement in our collage overall college is very good

Yes the college Ave good number of placement each year and have collaboration with big mncs. A large number of students get offer from companies to work there with great amount. The highest package is of 1000000 and avg package is of 500000 which I think is good

From 2nd last semester of their course, students become eligible for placements. College starts mock preparation in 2nd semester. The college has its platform to make students ready for placements such as Cocubes. Lots of companies visit campus such as Infosys, Capgemini, TCS, etc. lowest package- is 3.6 lakh per annum & highest package is 12 lakh per annum.

From the 7th semester, students are eligible for the placements... The highest package given this year was 12 lakhs /annum. The percentage of students getting placed is about 70-80% Companies visit in college are getafix, harman kardon, newgen, tata elxi, Hexaware, Wipro, Planet's park and many more

Most of the students got placed from the campus, but most of them didn't join. Because the companies were hiring for call centers only. Some of the companies were itenic (which was hiring for HCL and Wipro), and Tech Mahindra. The package that they were offering was around 2 lakh. Only the students of the final year were eligible for placements.

I chose this college over others because I was not able to clear JEE mains exam and didn't got any college outside Jammu so I decided to go for JKCET and do my engineering in my own city. And the another reason was the faculty of MIET Jammu. Specially in my CSE department the professors are excellent and highly qualified. They will do everything to provide the best things to their students. Students should also try to give the best if the professors are working on for their betterment of the future. Here, only one who strive for success or is ready to face any challenge and want to keep learning and grow with time can achieve best things in his/her life. In this college if anyone tries to underestimate his/her skills or if the person will not make sufficient efforts to learn something new then he/she will not be successful and end up just complaining about the college.The bad aspect of this college is that you will not get too much like minded students. In my batch there are very less number of students who are serious about their career. But it's all about time. They might get awakened one day and work on for the betterment of their future. Another thing is that the placements are not so good. The highest package offered in 2021 was 13 LPA and only service based companies like-TCS, Infosys, Wipro etc visit for campus placements.Lastly I want to say that if anyone want to do CSE from Jammu after giving the JKCET examination then this college is best because after completing the engineering the college will assist you for higher studies and you can go for higher studies in US or any other country or even prepare for GATE to get job in PSU or do M-TECH/M.S from IIT/NIT or IISC or any other top college of India. It all depends upon you want you want to do in your life.
