Placement Experience:

Students at our college typically become eligible for campus placements starting from the seventh semester of their course. Various reputable companies visit our campus each year, offering a wide range of job opportunities across different sectors. Some prominent companies include TechGiant, Engineering Solutions Inc., and Construction Enterprises Ltd. These companies extend offers to a significant portion of eligible students, with an average placement rate of around 80%. The highest package offered typically ranges from 50 to 60LPA per annum, depending on the company and the specific job role. On the other hand, the average package offered varies between 4L to 15L per annum. Job profiles offered cover a spectrum of roles, including software development, project management, design engineering, and consulting. However, in the event that campus placements are not available or suitable, students often pursue alternative paths such as internships, further education, or entrepreneurship.

From 6th semester they become eligible for campus placement. Average placement is only 6.5lacs per year which is okay okay. It should be improved. Adobe came and give 56lacs per year, and that was the highest placement. Companies like Accenture, Wipro, UiPath, Cognizant, Microsoft, Infos-ys, Google, IBM, etc comes for placement offer. The percentage of students getting placed ranges from 85-90%. I have plan to get placed at a good company and work.

My journey at RNSIT has been a mix of rigorous academic discipline and strong career preparation. As an autonomous institution with a NAAC A+ grade, it stands as a reliable choice for engineering aspirants in Bangalore who value stability and a proven track record over a purely modern "startup-like" college culture.Academic Environment and Curriculum:The curriculum is updated to align with industry shifts, particularly in high-demand fields like AI, ML, and Cyber Security.

RNSIT offers an incredible research ecosystem for students. I’m grateful to Dr. Akshay Arjun for his mentorship; his guidance was vital in securing our patent for a NanoPhosphor-based Gamma Radiation Detection device. The college actively supports innovation through the Undergraduate Research Forum (URF), providing stipends and hosting competitions like Buildathons. There is a great emphasis on interdisciplinary projects that help us turn ideas into real-world success.
