The regular B.Tech program fee is Rs. 50,000, and the integrated B.Tech + M.Tech program costs Rs. 1,00,000, reflecting recent increases. Students with 80% in IPE qualify for the National Scholarship Scheme (NSP) from the central government, while the Telangana State Government offers a Rs. 35,000 scholarship under specific conditions.
