Admission :

I got admission through JEE mains entrance exam. I had 3 options to select the course that is CSE, ECE and Civil but I choosed CSE because I love programming and this college is better in CSE department. The admission process was quiet easy, I filled a form and handed all the important documents and at last paid fees.

Remarks :

Positive remarks - our college is the best Institute to go for research. And now a cancer research is going to open in 4-5 years. Have all experienced faculty and researcher. Very ideal environment for research.

Admission :

College organizes its own national entrance exam everyyear - NEST (NATIONAL ENTRANCE SCREENING TEST). Eligibility is class 12th with either PCM or PCB. But one need to have basic understanding of all the PCMB to clear the subjects cutoff for all the the topics, though merit list is based on only 3.

Remarks :

It's not well known till now due to engineering/medical trend of the nation. It provides education and not just job. Students are focused to study rather than to score marks and get in earning. Sometimes life become monotonous due to the difficulty in curriculum.

Admission :

I appeared NEST which is the qualifying exam for niser, cleared it, got admission after paying fees. Now this is a pretty clear description and I am writing this line just to get more words than the 200 words minimum limit.

Remarks :

Overall niser is a very good place to pursue education. The environment is very good as it is in the outskirts of the city, pollution is minimal, making the telescope viewing sessions very good. Only the alumni factor is negative about it as it was established very recently.

Admission :

I got admission to this institute after qualifying a national level entrance examination called NEST. NISER currently takes 120 students and the students are admitted directly on the basis of ranks secured in the entrance examination. The notification for NEST is released around the months of February and March. One has to fill the online application form with normal fees of Rs 1000 only. The examination is conducted in the month of June and the results are declared by the first week of July. The administration of NISER is good, helpful and efficient.

Remarks :

The college management is very good. They quickly respond in case there arises any problem or issue in the campus.
