GIM Goa Faculty

The faculty at the college is composed of a diverse group of highly qualified professionals, including researchers, academicians, and industry veterans. Notably, 90% of the faculty are praised for their extensive industry experience and academic credentials, with many being alumni of IITs and IIMs. The faculty includes visiting professors from industries and ex-faculty from prestigious institutions like IIM-Ahmedabad and IIM-Shillong. The student-to-faculty ratio is favorable, and most professors hold or are pursuing PhDs from reputed institutes.

The teaching approach is interactive and includes practical tasks, projects, and quality discussions to prepare students for teamwork and managerial roles. Specialized subjects are handled by approximately seven professors, while generic management subjects have a common faculty across programs. In the first year, in-house faculty teach general PGDM subjects, and in the second year, a mix of in-house and industry experts teach specialized subjects. The college encourages feedback and addresses faculty concerns promptly.
