KJSIM Admission 2027 is open for the two year MBA batch of 2027-29. K J Somaiya Institute of Management is part of Somaiya Vidyavihar University, at the Vidyavihar campus in Mumbai. You fill one online form at applykjsim.somaiya.edu by 20 Jan 2027. The MBA has 600 seats, and the MBA HCM, MBA SM and MBA MC have 30 seats each. You need a score in CAT 2026, XAT 2027, GMAT, NMAT or CMAT 2027. If you are shortlisted, you take a written test online, then a Problem Situation Analysis and a personal interview. KJSIM also offers a 15 month MBA Executive, a two year MCA and a Ph.D in management.

The two year MBA is the biggest programme at KJSIM. It has 600 seats, and the admission page lists extra seats on top of these. You build your own mix of majors and minors in the second year. The MBA in Healthcare Management is a two year MBA for jobs in hospitals and health care firms. It has 30 seats. You apply on the same KJSIM form as the MBA, but the shortlist is based on your profile. Students do live projects with K J Somaiya Hospital.

The MBA Executive is a 15 month full time MBA for working people. It has 30 seats at the Vidyavihar campus. You need at least 42 months of work after your degree. The programme has five terms and focuses on leadership and strategy.

KJSIM Scholarships 2027

JRF fee waiver: If you join as a JRF or SRF under a Government of India scheme, your full tuition fee is waived.
SVU JRF: Somaiya Vidyavihar University holds its own JRF entrance. Results go up on the Ph.D page.
Teaching work: SVU appoints research and teaching associates from its Ph.D students.
Leaving the seat: If you cancel 15 days or more before the term starts, INR 5,000 is cut. Later, the cut grows to 100% of the fee.
