JEC Jabalpur Reviews on Placements, Faculty and Facilities

I choose the college because in the mpdt counselling it is the best college I feel. Student re show is little considerable as the ratio of the students is large. Faculties are highly qualified which are PhD and very experienced teaching method is little bit old. It takes a semester or a term of 3 months in which in the 4th month there is exam and between that there are two mid terms. Yeah there is need of studying hard as it is autonomous college they design its own question papers.

Last year 2022-2023, no companies appeared in campus placement drive.. However this year, after the students protested in large numbers, management agreed to work upon it. This year TCS and cognizant arrived from software industry while L&T was also the one in the list. During 6th sem.. Students become eligible to appear for placements here.. Recently highest package offered was around I think 12 LPA while lowest being 1.5.. Around 70 to 80 students from tech background get placed. While still most go either for off campus and gate preparation. In off campus students get even 50 LPA while one or two 1 Cr. (But oof campus is often complex process and everyone take such risk)

Average placement of our college is 5 lpa and highest is 51 lakhs off campus . students from seventh semester become eligible for campus placements . Their are some average company which give placement like Infosys, TCS etc . 65-70 percent students are placed every year . My plan is to do our business after my degree

At the time of choice filling i had given the first priority to computer science then artificial intelligence then electronic and and communication and then mechatronics and so on . But i got mechatronics engineering branch . After that i had also applied for branch upgradation but it was not worthed . After that i was started from this branch . All the faculty's and their qualifications is good . But the problem is that , their was a lack of practical knowledge by the faculty's to the students and also the syllabus was always incomplete or not covered before starting of end semester examination and due to which all the students face troublesome in studies .

In JEC, students become eligible for placements in the 4th year OR after completing graduation. Many companies come here for placements and give offers. Every year at least 80% of the students are placed from here. The highest package is of 10LPA and average package is about 4LPA. Companies like Infosys, reliance, tech Mahindra visited here in past years for placement. I want to get placement in some company after getting this degree.

I got other plans I'm not seeking for placements here but those who are rooting for it not getting placements as good as they deserve about 35% students are placed as of my knowledge but it may be higher

After completion of 6th sem students are eligible for the placement drive. In the core department companies such as Larsen and Toubro (6lpa package) and reliance industries limited have offered a 7.5lpa package etc. Each company selected 5 to 6 members from electrical and 10 t0 15 from mechanical

I have chosen Mechanical Engineering. The ourse curriculum is quite well and the faculty members are good. All the professors are good and teach us so well with great support and concerns. But there are only maile professors. There was only one femal professor for us.

See i want government job so that's why I chose civil branch and I have interest in building bridge construction.after 1 and half month mid term exam conducted in every sem after that final exam.faculty are good

The course is really interesting we learn about signals and network gates and many things and ovre faculty is highly educated mostly are PhD in there subject and they find to easiest way to teach us the exam depends about the subject if subject is Hard so exam is hard bus some subject are easy and the college campuses is not very go but its ok and teachers are really strict for assignment and for attendance and they keep insulting and us for a if we are and it so we need to understand and hand this is really impor the college campuses in very old and not well maintained and college is really good with old memories and the college has great alumnai network and packege is not really good and college is in and college but techer are very good nature exam is very difficult to pass and it is the students and faculty ratio in not very good we need to mare teachers in over department and it is important to understand exam petten and prepare about the subject and it is some time difficult but
