IHM Gangtok Admission

Admission to the B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration is done on the basis of scores obtained in NCHMCT JEE conducted by NTA.

Admission to one of the programs is done through a written test (English Language only) followed by a personal interview conducted at the institute.

Ques. Is there any reservation of seats at IHM Gangtok?

Ans. 15% seats are reserved for the SC category, 7 ½ % for the ST category and 3% are reserved for physically challenged subject to their disability not causing an obstacle for ultimate employment in the service industry.

Ans. Yes. The age limit for General / PH is 25 years and for SC / ST candidates is 28 years as of 1st July. In the case of SC / ST candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years.
