Faculty was nice and understanding in nature. Most importantly the faculty was young and hence they can cope up with us easily. They had good command over subjects. Each teacher was expert in his/her area. It covers almost everything a college can share with us in form of extra curricular activities.

Improvement is not needed at all as all the members are professional in their particular fields. All the faculty and teaching staff's are professional and comes with a master degree. But you will find many assistant professors so there is less experience with some faculties but all i can say is they have full knowledge about the course and i think this is more important.

The faculty at our time was in large numbers and majority of them were IITans, and rest all of them were alumni from some good institutions they were helpful and technically capable of teaching the students.

Faculties are average overall. Some are from IIM's and NIT's while some are from normal colleges. You may even find your faculties playing in playgrounds in evening after classes. But most of faculties are from corporate world means they actually understand what will be required in companies after placement.

I would say the faculty is good. And they are best. For such a huge and big college it is most important to hire deserving faculty. So, experience is the most important thing that matters when you hire any faculty. They all are best and supportive.

I would categorize faculty into two types experienced, Freshers experienced, There are less faculties who are much experienced, But they know the topics and Subject in much depth. They used to tech in a different way. Freshers are simply passed outs of in MICA itself, Their way of teaching was worst. They used to read what is present in the Books.

Time table of our faculties are visible to us, and their sitting place, we check the information and easily plan to visit their respective cabins to clear any kind of doubts that's slowing us. In case our faculties are not present due to any sort of meeting happenings or is on leave, even then you can directly contact them on their mobile phones to get and appointment.
